Breakfast was OK, facilities was good and good location of the hotel.

People using the swimming pool. All types of clothing can be seen inside the pool from tee shirts to jeans worn by the swimmers which totally unacceptable. I decided not to use the pool at all.

good to stay 1 or 2nights. Swimming pool was nice. Worn out but ok to relax.

neibour restaurants are all closed. Breakfast is not refilled often and resulted in just bread, rice and sanbal. Shower and water pressure was good.

Nice lobby and nice staff

Location is far away from George Town. The beach and pool are are nice but the hotel has many muslims all dressed up and if we just walk around in a bikini you don’t feel comfortable with people staring. Hotel has a nice lobby but the rooms are old, sheets have stains and is not very clean.

the location was in a nice area of the island with little to no crime, as well as quick access to the beach where there is a lovely bar next door. The breakfast that was on offer had lots of options for non Malay which was nice. The private balcony opened amazing views

The overall furnishing of the room didn't meet the expectations and the cost which was paid. The room had two double beds pushed together to make one supper massive bed, however this was impossible to use as you had to chose one side of the bed, because if you sat in the middle the two beds would roll away. Even though the floor was non smoking you could still smell cigarette smoke. I don't think the price of £145 was correct for the condition of the room nor location of hotel and could have brought a nicer room within George Town for the same price if I didn't want the beach. Half of the pools were filled with dirty water.

Locatn good. Rooms ok/ acceptable.

Bathroom very dirty. Bathroom fittings old and not in acceptable conditn.Towels old, dirty , stains. Only bath towel - no medium towel

My advice is to give the customers full information because I have faced issues on my breakfast.... I was charged for fully buffet breakfast but when the time I when there the hotel staff told its was semi buffet with few items it's was really very disappointed.
