Stayed at paradise court for 12 days the apartment is in an ideal location and cental to everthing just a 15 to 20 min walk to la pinta beach the toby jug pub is about 5 mins walk we stopped here first for a pint are two and ideal for ordering a taxi to where you want to go around the island there is a pizza place next door and a steak house if you feel peckish just 10 mins walk down the road there are shops restaurants bars ect .the apartment it self was clean tidy and had everthing your needed for self catering with a large terrace which got the sun alday with a beautiful outlook over the sea its a steep climb up the hill with steps we are both in out fifties but it wasnt a problem the host was very informative and helpful from start to finish and we didn't have any problems at all we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely stay here again

We booked the apartment as a last minute break away.
I cannot fault the whole place. Spotlessly clean, everything you would need in a self catering apartment, the balcony is huge and gets the sun all day and the pool area is small and quiet.
Our host was amazing and very accommodating with our flight times. Answered all questions promptly and gave lots of other advice for us as we were arriving during the Easter holidays.
It’s a bit of a walk uphill to the apartments which was fine for us. Taxis are readily available and around €5 per trip down to the centre.
All in all we had a fabulous week away and would definitely recommend this apartment.

The balcony at this apartment is huge and receives all day sun, so we spent a lot of our time sitting out there. It is well equipped with everything you could need for your stay.
But it is very hilly so would not recommend if you have mobility issues at all. This wouldn't be an issue if taxis were easy to get but we found this not always to be the case. Twice we gave up and walked after waiting for a taxi nearly an hour.
Lovely holiday though and would return.

The apartment was clean, well equipped & a good size for the two of us. There is a large sunny terrace looking over Adeje towards the sea. The waterfront of Adelje was about a 30 minute walk but there were a few bars & restaurants within a 10 minute walk. There are hills & lots of steps which would not be suitable for those of limited mobility. We hired a car & nearby parking was a bit challenging. Initially finding the apartment was a little difficult & it should be noted that the the turn off the TF1 is junction 75( not 29!).
Overall, I would recommend a stay at this apartment.

Good communication ahead of our stay from Teresa with clear instructions on how to find and get into the property. Teresa kindly let us know that we could check in earlier on the day as it wasn’t a handover day.
Property was very clean and everything in the apartment was as described.
Great balcony which does get the sun all day with amazing sunset views.
Property is in a great location and was quiet during our stay.
Pool area easily accessible and there was never more than half a dozen people in the pool area at any one time.
Couple of restaurants (Italian, Balkan and Steakhouse) within 5 minutes walk and the plethora of restaurants in Fanabe is only a short 5-10 min drive.
My only two recommendations for improvement……
Cooling fans - the ones in the apartment seem to be inadequate and don’t really create much of a breeze. We got the tail end of a heatwave during our first few days and it was unbearably hot in the apartment through the night, even with the window open.
Fridge - even on the max setting, the fridge didn’t really cool your drinks/food items down. We had to buy ice to put in drinks to get them cold, but we could only buy 1 pack of ice at a time due to the small freezer compartment.
Overall, a great place to stay. I have given a 4 star rating because I think there is room for improvement with the fridge and fans.

Lovely spacious apartment very clean everything you needed was there fridge could have been a little bigger and missed having a freezer but had a lovely stay large sunny balcony quite neighbour had a wonderful holiday would recommend this apartment

Nice and spacious property, comfortable beds and a large sunny verandah. A sun umbrella would have made it perfect.

Nice break
The apartment is nicely situated away from the busy areas but still with some good local restaurants and bars. Lovely sun trap terrace with fantastic views over to Ls Gomera, Taxi from Metcadona the main supermarket only 3.50 euros so a good option if you don’t fancy driving. Probably cheaper to get taxi transfers than hiring a car.

Long stay paradise court
Found the property without any problem
And the description given online to be totally accurate.we were at the property for three weeks and had a totally relaxing and enjoyable holiday and would try and book this holiday when we return to Tenerife.I must single out the bar tender at the complex a chap called Amon couldn’t do enough to help you with local information and information on the complex keep up the good work

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spoteless & had everything we needed. Beautiful balcony. Lovely complex, pool & bar. Easy walk downhill to centre (15-20 minutes), taxi back only 4-5 euros.

Fantastic Property
If you are in need of sunshine all day then this property is one of the best. Owner is easily accessible and will respond as soon as possible if there is any issue that need addressing. The only down side is that the property does not have air con but there is an additional movable stand alone fenn in the bedroom that can be moved around if need be. If it was not for this i would have rated the property with 5 stars. If ever i am to have another holiday in Tenerife, i would stay at the property again.

Great Apartment amazing views
My wife and I have recently returned from a weeks holiday staying in Teresa’s apartment. In summary we thought it was excellent. The terrace with amazing views has 2 sun beds and we made full use of them because the weather was superb and you simply can’t beat the view from here in comparison to the swimming pool area. The swimming pool is great as well , a little cold when you first got in but obviously April is still early . Living room , kitchen and bedrooms all good and the TV reception is better than what we have at home !!!!! All in all a great week and a big thank you to Teresa for being quick to respond to queries . For anyone who loves fish restaurants as well go to La Caleta , it’s 10 minutes in a taxi from the apartment , the restaurants there are spectacular .

Had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay in a lovely apartment with outstanding views.
The apartment was everything we had hoped for, the only drawback is the long uphill walk from the beach, but without it you would not get the stunning views. Unfortunately since we booked the holiday almost a year ago I have developed a problem with my foot which made it impossible to climb the hill so had to use taxis every day but a small price to pay for such a fantastic balcony with stunning sea views.

The property was clean & views were amazing.
We had a great time in this spacious apartment , the large patio area was amazing & we were able to sit outside for all our meals.
The views were second to none !
The only pitfall was as a lot of people say was the walk back up to the apartment. But 5 euros for taxi was fine.

Excellent apartment, lovely owner!
The apartment was great, a good size with two bathrooms and a large terrace with a great view of the sea (ideal for sitting out in the evening and watching the sun go down). The host was great, made sure we had all the info we needed and even let us check out late to fit our flight schedule. Would 100% stay again.

Attractive 2 Bedroom Apartment in a Great Location
The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped and maintained. It has 2 good sized bedrooms and a fabulous balcony with stunning views over the Atlantic. Situated in a secure complex that is well run, it is conveniently located, being just a 15 minute walk from the beach. And there are many excellent restaurants, cafes and supermarkets within easy reach.
If you are seeking a relaxing holiday by the coast then this apartment fits the bill!

Great location
Fabulous south-facing terrace and view. A 10 minutes walk to Torviscas beach and cheap taxi back. Recommend Roy’s restaurant (which is in walking distance) for great Indian food. WiFi within the apartment would have given it a 6th star!

Large sunny balcony
Good base to explore from . Pool heated bar friendly little shop for esentials and complex was clean tidy too. Apartment was clean beds linnen ect and changed on the saturday . Pleanty of pans cutlery glasses and egg cups !!! I do like egg cups . But are you going to stay inside with a huge balcony that gets early morning sun till it sets . No as we didnt . Table for 6 and easily enough room for 2 sunbeds easily . Plus sun shade 2 canopys that you wind out . Would we stay again its a big YES!!!!!!! I give it 4.5 stars out of 5 simply fantastic . Ps yes steps hills its Tenerife though everything attatched to big volcano . But the views are worth it .

Lovely Sunny, peaceful holiday.
My Sister, her husband, me and my husband had a fantastic holiday. Plenty of sun, on the wide balcony and the warm pool, with no fighting over sunbeds. Apt was very nice, plenty of hot water and very comfortable beds. Nearby was a good, cheap pub and a few restaurants which were reasonable. It was about 15 mins walk to front, which we didn't mind and then we got a taxi home for around 5 euros. We really didnt want to leave, so we hope to go back in the near future.

Just arrived back from a10night stay at this apartment.All i can say is it's perfect.Be aware it is quite a way up the hill but the upside is you get fantastic views.Everything you need is in the apartment.I will no hesitation in recommending this apartment for a great stay.

Lovely, clean, spacious apartment overlooking the pool and the sea.
We enjoyed our three week stay at this comfortable apartment. The apartment is home from home and has everything needed. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the large balcony, enjoying the sunshine or chilling under the awning. The complex was peaceful and a sun lounger was available at any time of the day around the pool. The staff that work there were very friendly and helpful at all times. We stayed in August and the weather was really hot and we did find it uncomfortable of an evening due to the apartment becoming very warm. The apartment does have fans in the front room and twin bedroom but we had to turn the fan off in the bedroom as it was very noisy. I would definitely recommend this apartment if you are quite fit and don't mind hills or steps. I consider myself quite fit but with the soaring heat and steps I found them difficult at times coming back up to the apartment. There is a solution- walk down a grab a taxi on the way back. It was only a five euros from San Eugene or €7 from Las Americas. I will definitely book this apartment again when visiting Tenerife. One recommendation I would make is to have 2 sets of keys as I was locked out one evening as my daughter had fallen a sleep.

First class apartment, wants for nothing. Cannot thank Teresa enough for her help throughout!
The apartment really is fantastic.Imaculately maintained. My wife even raved about it having a washing machine! The views are stunning, the location absolutely perfect. Some reviewers mentioned about the 'hill'. It's a delight to walk down to the town centre but after an evening meal out, a €4 taxi back, it's not worth walking back! We took our two teenage boys, we could'nt keep them out of the pool, from first thing in the morning to well after 8 at night. The pool area has a bar that serves drinks and snacks at a fantastic price, example, 4 burgers, salad, 2 large fries, 4 cokes €16, bargain! Got to mention the staff, they really could not have been more helpful, even down to ordering a taxi, nothing was too much trouble. Back to the apartment, 2 really spacious bedrooms, 2 BATHROOMS yes 2. Brilliant when you have two teenagers. Large lounge area with TV, a must when the Mrs has to watch Emmerdale! But best of all is the terrace which has gorgeous views and literally sun all day. If you need a little shade there are 2 sun canopies if needed. With the facilities that this apartment has, I really do think the owner could ask a lot more than they are charging. It was our first holiday in Tenerife for twenty years and Teresa's apartment did not disappoint in the least, we certainly will be rebooking for next year.

Nice apartment a tough walk back from the beach
The apartment was clean and had most of the things you could want. No aircon but fans. It is a long way up from the beach a walk for the fit only. Teresa organised keys etc. with no problems. The complex is nice and the pool is good, there are loads of silencio signs everywhere, unfortunately when 10 guys stayed for four nights nobody enforced it. They ran riot 4.30am swim party and shouting, next morning was 6am. There is a lot of building work going on and the noise started before 8am. Generally we enjoyed the apartment and the complex.
Unfortunately on our last day the safe we had used all 9 days, wouldn't ope. I had to call Teresa as our passports and valuables were all in there. She called a lady out to open it with the master key who didn't know how to use it, thakfully we have a similar one at home and managed to get going in time to catch the plan. However the call out fee deducted from our deposit leaves a bad taste in the mouth.
