The restaurant was the best thing in the whole hotel. Kind and helpful staff, a very good chief. The room was spacious. The location and the view from the terrace were fantastic.

Breakfast coffee was a disaster. The cleaning service did not exist basically. Not making the beds, not cleaning the glasses so, one had neither a glass to drink something from it nor any detergent to make it clean himself. The person at the reception was totally confused, mostly not responding clearly to any question. Luckily, the other lady coming for the other days was kind and clear in communication. Charging CZK50 for slippers and CZK50 for a robe is unusual in a wellness hotel. These are usually at one's disposal in each hotel room for free. Also, if the reception states that slippers and robe are for CZK50 then one comprehends that both, not CZK50 each. Getting a drink in the wellness bar in a can without any glass is awful. One can get lethal leptospirosis. Not providing a glass at the pool did not have any safety reason as customers drinking sparkling wine got glasses. At least a plastic cup should be provided. The room had neither minibar nor a fridge. The biggest disaster is the night music bar. Customers pay the hotel owner during days for basically a single service - overnight sleeping. And the same hotel owner accepts money from other people at nights to do all their best against the first service provided to those who paid for sleeping. Insane. The reception is open only 12hours a day, which is insufficient.

Really liked our room. Had plenty of space for 3 of us. Beds were quite comfortable. The decor was very attractive. The wardrobe shelving unit were really good. The fridge was quiet. Bathroom was good and had a great shower. Dining/breakfast room was nicely decorated and pleasant.

When it rained it collected on the roof and then dropped down onto the metal roof outside our window and was loud so kept us awake. The wellness area needs some updating. The sauna, kneipp bath and whirlpool were all not working. The receptionist at the wellness was not friendly or welcoming. Breakfast was basic but ok however, 2 out of the 4 mornings the second heating unit was not being used. The juices were extremely watered down.

The staff was really helpful and friendly. Location is great from à skiing point of view and located just between chair lifts.

Room is not fully soundproofed.

Villages streets up the hill near Praha hotel were treacherous to walk and drive..More attention needed from village authorities to enhance walking and driving up those hills..

Close to the town center, looks very modern after a remodeling. Has a spa and a restaurant inside.

The rooms are not soundproof and we could hear every little movement and talking on the corridor. The floors are hollow and every step is like a bang. The rooms don’t have any ventillation or AC so in the morning the air was a quite stale (in the winter when windows have to be closed). The Wi-Fi was unstable and very slow.

Staff gave away my triple room before arriving but did not compensate us. They forced us tp stay in a double room and made a sofa bed out ofd a 1 person armchair for the third person (me). I slept two nights on an armchair with two metal poles in my back. I paid double the price of a double room and this is what I got. Disguisting from management

I absolutely loved the room. The reception and restaurant waiters were so friendly and welcoming. The spa was an amazing space, so clean and beautifully laid out. The only downside was the massage which seemed rushed and not relaxing at all. Skip the massage but make sure to have dinner in the restaurant. The food was amazing quality with great attention to detail. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Looks nice and well maintained. Good facilities for t he wintersport equipment. The restaurant has good breakfast. We had one time dinner which was good.

It’s very noisy from the floors down and up. We stayed 3 nights and none of the days the room was cleaned with the reason short in staff and/or new personnel 🤔. In the advert a “wellness” is mentioned although small kids as babies and youngsters are also allowed with crying and screaming. So it’s more a kindergarten with swimming pool, sauna and whirlpool. That’s disappointing for us as we like our relaxing in a wellness.

* Recipient was quite helpful but unfortunately not knowledge updated I believe since if you need where to go ? Is cable open yet etc. * breakfast was OK but not so much options. * location is great but little bit up the hills. * Suna+ steam room was nice.

*Recipient available from 8 am till only 8 pm, pair in mind normally their break from 1300 for one hour. * WiFi is super bad and not reaching to your bed. * Pillows is so bad and not comfortable. * toilet is separated from the shower and sink, so it's in two different area in the same room. * At night super loud and some guest disrespectful so music is loud+ cheering + TV etc. So it's hard to control them since no recipient after 8 pm. * not recommended for families since you can hear whatever comes in your mind at night. * breakfast only starts at 8 am.

Nice modern furniture and bathroom. Wellness is fine.

Reception only till 8pm. (Not possible borrow equipment for billiard after this hour). Wellness is till 9pm. But if you think that you will go for dinner after, You are in big mistake. Basically it is not possible to get something for eat in entire Spindl after 9.30pm. There is no service of Wolt or Damejidlo at all either. (At least out of main season). Also I would prefer more time for breakfast than only 8-10am and check-out at least 11am. As we are late types of people, we struggled.

Nice ikea style room, nice pool and sauna. Great location. For 50-60 euro its amazing value.

No bathrobe and slippers in the room. Limited breakfast with horrible yuppi juices. Check out at 10 am (!)

We loved the location. The staff was extremely friendly and even helped us out for an emergency check-out and arranged a ride back to Prague for a flight out early morning. They always served even a simple coffee with a smile. Over-all experience 9.5/10

It would have been great if the room could have a simple kettle and tea/ coffee.

Lack of Charme of a mountain hotel. A 4 star hotel needs to stand out of the crowd.
