on a pu stationner la voiture dans le parc de l'hotel

l'entrée du parc est mal entretenue: feuilles mortes non ramassées ,plantes grasses poussiéreuses: çà ne donne pas une bonne image...

Tutto, l'hotel è attaccato alla metro che ti porta dritto in centro in 10 minuti. Il personale gentilissimo e una super cameriera che ci ha servito un cappuccino ottimo e prodotti senza glutine mentre per chi può mangiare normale la colazione e ricca di dolce e salato con fornetto per i tost e super croissant. Offre un cortile con parcheggio auto, tavolini e gazebo per poter chiacchierare all'aperto. Camere molto pulite e grandi. Sicuramente ci torneremo.

Se proprio dobbiamo trovare un difetto del tutto personale direi un po il letto

The door in one of the rooms was broken. Water was going out on the floor all the time. They said one of the clients had broken it. But why they offer this room to the clients. We asked the hotel for a discount for this inconvenience but they refused. It's very disappointing experience. We will never stay or advise this hotel to others.

Ça sent la cigarette dans la chambre, et l’odeur ne part pas même quand on ouvre les fenêtres L’hôtel aurait besoin d’être rénové car il est lugubre

Walking distance to the tram into Florence. Plenty of parking if you have a car and don't want to drive into Florence center.

Rooms are old, and need of repair, blind in our room did not open. Paint is old and damaged. WiFi is bad in the room we were in. Entire hotel and its facilities need an overhaul and to be properly cleaned. Attention to detail is nonexistent.
