It was clean, very friendly staff, near the docks, not too near the shopping district so it wasn't too noisy but still walkable to central, nice breakfast

We thought we could leave our luggage at the reception for a few hours but couldn't because they were closed. We didn't see that coming as we thought hotels are always open. No lifts. The bed was a little too hard for me...

location to centre and embarkation to the boat trips . breakfast selection good , helpful staff face to face. Parking right outside for only 10euros a day if you are lucky.

No lift , and rooms on first floor 2 stairs up . Female staff offered to help but I am a gentleman so suffered. first breakfast was busy and not enough produce to cover everybody speedily. Parking communication was told 20 euros a day , I appreciate this is for garaged parking and they have limited space, this did not help me plan.

The hotel was cozy and the staff super friendly.

I didn't like the breakfast, too few options too choose from. When we decided to make some sandwiches, the staff came to us to attention is that we are not allowed to do that.

The location is 25 minutes walk from the train station. Breakfast was kinda poor, but the staff was very thoughtful and asked us all the time what we need in order to make our accomodation better.

Very poor decoration no charm and very small breakfast, very noisy with a room next to the road, this hotel is made for backpacker or groups but not for family.

The stuff was so nice, they have parking, the location is very good and the room was very clean. The breakfast is very good and the waitress are helpful and kind
