The apartment was really nice and spacious. The surroundings were really lovely in a well maintained garden with mature trees and bushes. I was on the top floor and I loved that the tops of the palms were on my level. The balcony was a nice sun trap. The kitchen had everything. There were a few English channels on the telly. I think that the photos were accurate and I wasn't disappointed. If I was in Torrevieja again, I would definitely stay here.

The shower was a bit of a dribble, but the water was hot, on demand and plenty of it. Check in was a chore. I arrived on a Sunday evening at 6:30 and it was dark. I had to enter two codes at reception, which was unmanned, to get my keys. Finding my apartment after that involved a map, a walk and four keys to open gates and doors. The instructions were very clear, but it was tricky in the dark on my own. Worth it though!

The apartment was spacious and located in a quiet urbanisation close to a supermarket and Playa Los Locos. Friendly service from the reception manager who made the check in process easy and even booked my return transfer.

It was comfortable and clean. Particularly liked the having milk teabags coffee and water on arrival. As well as some soap and shower oil. The Transfer from the airport you arranged . I recommend as the taxi driver had our keys and showed us the Apartment.

Unfortunately at this time of year. The pool was closed ☹️

Pool was quite a distance from the property and is closed on Sundays and is now closed for the winter period. No outside area to sit and relax in the grounds of the accommodation.

Irene the receptionist went above and beyond her job ,to make sure our stay went smoothly ,we can't thank her enough and clearly she is very passionate about her job.

Slow drain in shower, toilet flush button wobbly, though flushed well. Both very minor things we didn't report.

Irina, the manager/administrator was amazing. She could not do enough to make sure our stay was as good as it could be. Before we even left Scotland she was calling to make sure our airport transfer and key pick-up details were all sorted. She gave us loads of tourist information on checking in. Thanks so much for the fantastic personal service Irina! The apartments were spotless, with everything we needed for a short stay except wifi. That was a mistake on my part, assuming they would have it as a hotel chain. Luckily we had a mobile hotspot and tablet to watch tv in the evening.

No WiFi. No English speaking TV. (We would know next time to download box sets etc,) this would put me off returning. Unable to use the terrace to sunbathe, despite asking on Ona hotels (head office?) Direct messaging service on Facebook, and being told we would be able to use the terrace, but that the pool is closed until 1st June. This meant buying equipment for the beach. Reception being closed on Sundays. Our checkout was 10am, and our evening flight was 9.45 pm. Irina came in on her day off to allow us to store our luggage in the locked reception area, and again in th evening to let us drop off keys, pick up our luggage, and get our taxi. This seems very unfair on her, but it really made a huge difference to our last day.

The location and standard of the apartment were good.

We arrived at 11:30 p.m and the key to the room was supposed to be in the safebox as agreed with the owner earlier over the phone. Unfortunately, there was nothing inside and I had to call booking in the middle of the night. Owner came after 2 hours. It wasn't nice experience. First night in the room was very cold as nobody turned on heating earlier and I got cold.

Very little. I'm just being picky having stayed in quite a few in the past. It would be good to have booklet in appartment with public transport, bus stop info. etc TV guide, went through all channels to find no English! Telephone numbers of taxi /hospital etc. etc. thing you may need. Sissors in kitchen, larger cups/glasses for drinks. Shelf in shower to place your soap and shampoo

There was no connection with wifi.I did not see it at the site,otherwise I did not booked. It is very importent these days to have that. Specialy when you pay that price. For the rest the appartment was very good and comforteble.

Lady on reception. Sorry can't remember her name was great rang me to tell me I could have an early check in and how to get keys. I was able to print off my boarding card at reception. Nothing was too much trouble. It was in a really good location 2 minutes walk to the sea front. Beds where comfortable and the apt was spotlessly clean. Like the little touches of bottled water tea coffee a litre of milk which meant for the short time I was there I didn't need to go to suoermarket back in 2 weeks and guess where I am staying 👍
