It looked ok.

The heating in my room didn’t work. There was a filthy stain on the carpet. The breakfast room was overcrowded and horrible.

L'hôtel se trouve à un bon kilomètre du centre. Tout est accessible à pied : la cathédrale, le pont aux cadenas, le triangle, les musées et les marchés de Noël. Bonne literie, bonne insonorisation. Superbe petit déjeuner, beaucoup de choix et jusqu'à midi le week-end. Bar sympathique. Parking en dessous de l'hôtel.

Breakfast was very nice, good selection. Nice view of the river from the room, but the river itself/banks are nothing to look at. Not noisy at all.

Staff was attentive and helpful. Location was good. It was good value. Parking was on site.

I love the hotel layout, the room was spacious and clean, great bathroom setup, great bed.

The location was perfect! Across the street was the Ferris wheel and chocolate museum and it was right on the river! The breakfast was great! And a good value because kids are free! Everyone was very nice and friendly!

We got two rooms but they weren’t next to eachother.

Great location by the river

The first night I arrived which was late and very hot, the air-conditioning didn’ work, the bath with the shower was blocked so I couldn’t shower. the room was extremely noisy and the phone didn’t work so I couldn’t even phone the reception for help. The following day I was told that they were going to take the first night of my bill but when I checked out, they didn’t honer it 👎👎

Everything was perfect, location, the space, the bar - we didnt use any other facilities but no doubt they would have been perfect too!

Our AC didnt seem to work but to be honest we never made the staff aware for it to have been an issue - overall everything was fantastic

Place, place, place, very good breakfast, nice room!

we didn’t have decent air conditioning in the room. As result, we didn’t get a good nights sleep. we brought this to the staff attention on daily basis. Finally, on the third day, they sent someone who changed something inside but that didn’t work either. They were fully booked so they couldn’t change our room. Many other guests had similar issue.

The room was larger than I expected, the shower was everything I needed after a long day walking around Köln, and the hotel is in an exciting part of town.

The only weird thing I found about my room is how the bathroom is split weirdly. You have the shower and toilet in the same place and the sink outside it, on a long shelf that follows the room from side to side.

The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was ok with the only exception of the sink and mirror that was located outside of the bathroom and in the room itself. the Breakfast was very goos and had many good options. Staff was friendly and spoke english and spanish.

Everything was good for the price. The only thing I can think of is that the room was fairly dark but we weren't in the room too much so it was not an issue.
