Esmelda, Carmen and the Romanian lady (can't remember her name) were amazing and if I would stay there again would be Def thanks to their attention

The room was a bit overpriced but I believe that is because of the Kids Football tournament they had during Easter time

The location of this hotel is fabulous. Our room was very well appointed, with a good size fridge and loads of towels in the bathroom. Great cafe downstairs with delicious cakes, pinchos and coffee. Most of all – the staff were so warm and welcoming. Can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Great location. Quaint. But... The old lady working in the bar/hotel reception is rude beyond belief.

it was all good although I could have been given a bigger room (like the one I saw on booking for the price I paid), since the price was the same for 1 or 2 people and I had actually booked for 2 people. Unfortunately this happens all the time: a solo traveller is given the smaller room even though he/she pays for two. And this is annoying.

Great, spacious, quirky room with a small balcony and beautiful view of the streets below. Nice, spacious bathroom with bidet. Great shower with hot water. Staff was superb and attentive. Restaurant on site. Could open all windows from all sides of room. Great walking distance to everything: restaurants, cafes, shopping, etc.

The pillows were nice size but could have been softer. Street noise from people but not hotel's fault. Someone is always celebrating something in Spain. :-) Half glass divider in shower. Bathroom floor gets really wet.

In the centre of Town. Handy for railway & bus station. Within 5 minutes of the Cathedral, Town Hall & Cider Boulevard.

The TV was a bit small.

A handsome hotel with a convenient coffee bar downstairs. I was able to drop off my bag early and explore the town.

The location was a bit noisy (street noise) and I've been in other hotels in Oviedo which offered more TV channels.

Excelent location

Very friendly and helpful staff! The Hotel is perfectly located -between old town and train station- to explore the city. Nice Café with delicious cakes inside.

Location was very good

The room smelled of smoke from cigarettes. They should let you know it is a smokers room. Room wasn’t ready at the time of checkin and we had to insist to be given another room as they wanted us to wait
