The room was clean, modern, and had its own air conditioner which you could control. The area surrounding the hotel is a working neighborhood, which means it is not posh but close to all the historical centro sites. The hotel restaurant has a very nice menu and the staff is lovely. We arrived quite early and they put our luggage in a locked room so we could immediately go out and begin exploring. The hotel has its own parking garage for those driving. We walked or used Uber for our trip and it was all easy.

- The area is sketchy (many homeless people, especially at night) - The hotel is loud, you can hear everything from the hallways and from the night clubs - The water pressure in the shower and toilet is very low - The facilities are dated

Great location if you're looking for a hotel in the city center.

One day there was heavy rain. The window didn’t close properly so my clothes which was near the window got wet. I had to do laundry to get them dried up and ready to pack. I felt that the hotel should’ve offered a free laundry service seeing that the faulty window was their responsibility.

The location of the hotel, the food in the restaurant was great.

I guess front desk needs more smiles, while you are checking.

The wifi doesn't work There is no airport shuttle.. This was one of the reasons I picked this hotel. They offered taxi for 320 pesos.. Instead i got a Didi for half that. The staff is a little too serious, need to be a little more friendly.

Some guest are very loud, the last night some youngsters stayed in the corridor laughing till 4 am. I called the réception twice, the guy tried his best but they just hid from him.

Peephole on door could not be seen through, which we only realised when a man knocked on the door twice around 10.30pm one night, while my wife was in the room alone, she called the reception to report the issue and asked for a check by security. The following morning we asked that the video footage was checked and they reported to us that the man had allegedly been delivering towels and had knocked on the wrong door, no apology was given. We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions, but following the lack of care and no apology given for the disturbing incident for my wife, we will not be staying here again unfortunately.
