Great location, awesome mall next to it. I’m sure they have better room options, like the pic, the room I stayed in was regular, nothing fancy. The hotel is safe, has parking, and it’s in a great location. If you are looking for something with more personality and extravagance this place is not it. This is more of a take a shower and sleep in a safe place in a great location.

electric system within the room. there is no way to shut down lights without shutting down all the electricity in lamps, AC, outlets. lousy. I had to sleep three nights with lights on so my phone and laptop charged. The hotel has a ridiculous policy of blocking the access to adult entertainment internet sites

nice hotel next to mall with everything you need. close to centro and andares. Restaurant is good

just the internet. logs off every 1 hour and you have log on again. poor connection in some rooms.

We booked a junior suite and it could accommodate 5 of us. I had booked one child with their grandparents but he was happy to be able to stay in our room instead. Also, property right next door to a modern mall and we had lots of food choices.

I asked ahead of time for rooms near my parents but we’re on different floors. There were only two towels in the room and no coffee. I asked for more towels and coffee over 5 times. I finally walk to speak to the woman at the front desk. She said she would send it right up but was looking right through me as to say she wouldn’t be doing anything. Of course, no towels or coffee arrived. I finally got coffee and towels from the cleaning lady the next day on the floor below mine since I didn’t see mine until two days later. Also, pool towels had to be returned each evening or get charged.
