the staff in all departments;reception,housecleaning,spa and (especially) restaurant were exceptional. Sincerely attentive and friendly.

The location. Nothing I could conveniently walk to.

It was not up to the mark.

The restaurant facilities and food was not up to the mark

Few of the staff were courteous(One Mr.Wesley) was Proactive and looked like one who cares for the guest and their comfort.

Overall upkeep of the place was below standards, a rigid and uncomfortable bed, Broken shower area, broken Wash basin. Dusting of the room seemed to be the least important task for the Housekeeping staff. Horribly short staffed, there was no one available to answer calls and take orders for room service. I can go on and on.

Breakfast is fair and location was good.

Room curtains to be cleaned as it's full of dust. Some lights are not working in the room including Cubboard light. No Hair Dryer in toilet. Room Service is little bit slow may be because of shortage of employees.

Breakfast ..and catering staff is very good. They served the food with love ....

Rooms and front desk service is not good...I was expecting a taxi service for early morning drop to airport ...but they don't have any taxi service....finally I've arrange own . Since you can not trust old or uber for early mornidrop.

Amazing staff especially Wesley, Kanhu and Sountharya. Very friendly and professional. Excellent indian and continental breakfast.

Hope next time will find some continental food

Large big rooms and bath room with parking. Great value for money. Good staff.
