The location was very central. Lovely decor in the hotel, very clean, lovely size room, it was a superior double room. Nice hot shower and good size bathroom. Sadly we didn't have enough time to enjoy as we had to leave early for a trail run.

One suggestion that could improve the bathroom would be a shower screen alongside the bath instead of a shower curtain. Apart from that everything was great.

we are elderly (60’s) and mentioned that. so we got the room for disabled. If we had been actually disabled ( we are not… yet) omg.. they literally thought of EVERYTHING! Lift.. wide doorways.. high set toilet with hand bar.. basin lowered with wheelchair access.. telephone with BIG numbers… the list goes on. Fabulous friendly staff in French or English.. gorgeous breakfast..accessed via ramp etc etc.

it had the A/C broken in the middle of a heat wave. they had standing fans in the room with broken A/Cs, but it was still hot at night. the breakfast was too pricy for a limited variety of food. almost all of it cold ( cheese, ham, croissant and pastries) the day I had breakfast they wouldn’t refill the empty trays, and it was still open. But there are nice places close by to go for breakfast.

We arrived early and immediately shown a room on the ground floor as the receptionist noticed my recent knee replacement and was adamant we changed rooms as ours was allocated on the first floor. The room was clean and well maintained with a decent bathroom. A central location near the centre of Vesoul and able to park outside the hotel,this is free parking a short walk away. Staff very helpful and gave us a good recommendation for a restaurant in the evening.

Old style hotel, but the room and the bathroom were large compared to other french hotels. Very clean and the receptionist was very friendly. It is really close to city center.

They have parking but the GPS couldn’t find the right one way street to take me there so I did a few tours.

Had to wait 1.5 hr, no one there, no forwarning that I had to call to get entry had to use VERY expensive data to finally call from my USA phone would Never recommend to any American or English. Then they were "I work a lot, not my fault" Need to be upfront about how to access property not wait til after someone gets there after a long trip. Very disappointed and worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. May have to rethink Booking.com if this is who they promote. No communication..and not even an apology.
