Je tenais à partager mon expérience incroyable lors de mon récent séjour au Sofitel Essaouira. Parti avec mon épouse et notre bébé de 1 an et 2 mois, nous avons été agréablement surpris par l'accueil exceptionnel du personnel et leur traitement attentionné envers les enfants. Le personnel, notamment Mme Zhirou El Antari et sa collègue Mariam, ainsi que M. Chraibi, le majordome de notre villa, ont fait preuve d'un professionnalisme exemplaire. Leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse ont grandement contribué à rendre notre séjour des plus agréables. ils étaient toujours là lorsque nous avions besoin de quoi que ce soit. Le room service s'est même occupé de fournir des compotes spéciales pour le bébé, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus confortable et agréable. Je tiens également à saluer l'implication du Directeur de l'hôtel, qui était présent partout et veillait personnellement à ce que tout se déroule parfaitement pour les clients. Nous avons bcp apprécié cette attention au détail et cet engagement envers la satisfaction des clients. Je recommande vivement à tous ceux qui recherchent un séjour exceptionnel, en particulier pour les familles avec de jeunes enfants. Encore une fois, un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour cette expérience inoubliable.

L’accueil par le personnel. Le système de navette pour se rendre en ville et aux activités. Le petit déjeuner avec un très large choix. Les différents espace de détente, de très belles vues tout autour de l’hôtel.

Breakfast didn’t meet 5 stars hotel experience , lack of cleanliness. Slow unprofessional service everywhere within the hotel. Very late check in, we arrived at the hotel around 2pm and checked in 5:30pm .. disappointing due to unavailability of bed sheets that was sent for laundry purposes to the city and wasn’t delivered back to the hotel on time according to the manager at the reception desk 🤥. Bad quality coffee and service at Le Tiki So Bar private lunch experience at our villa a big failure. Unfortunately, the staff were unhelpful including the chef who refused to prepare our choice of meals from the offered menu , and worst they want us to go for the experience at the hotel restaurant instead, ridiculous! No facilities , except the golf experience which I’m not interested in . Big swimming pool was closed for some reason. Housekeeping staff will never come to clean your villa , change towels or even provide you water .. you have to call!!! Worst experience I’ve ever had. Reception desk was insane , the moment I stepped in I see employees shouting at each other , then unsatisfied guests complaining .. big mess !! Pricy for no reason.

The decorations were beautiful with a mix of old and new. Very good security around the property. Loved seeing the various animals getting along with each other.

Staff were very accommodating, especially Mohamed who went the extra mile every morning at Breakfast, a lovely young man. The grounds are vast and well maintained, great for walks.The Hotel was only a £5 taxi ride in to the Medina, loads of fab restaurants. There was also a free return mini bus from the hotel, which ran on the hour till 6.00pm,.. It was a great experience, very cultural, safe, relaxed and friendly in the Medina.. I notice on some reviews clients write the hotel wasn’t 5*, well, for the price it was pretty damn good.! If you want a good 5* you have to pay for it.. on the whole this was a great experience, I’d recommend this hotel to a friend! The staff at the hotel were incredibly polite and helpful at all times.

- It is not at the level of a Sofitel - the hotel is not well maintained - the staff at breakfast were running all around in the first day, second day was better with the presence of a manager. - plates and glasses were smelly at breakfast - orange juice was horrible , like if it was prepared the day before and left outside - the outdoor space is beautiful but not well maintained, things are broken and left there, pool is not heated... - the beach is far from the hotel

they didn’t tell us when we booked that the hammam area was closed which is a bit naughty as we were really looking forward to it. they were doing work to the reception area so was a horrendous grinding noise when we arrived that was offensive. They ran out of towels by the time we arrived for 3pm check in…pretty basic error for a 5 star hotel.

there were two pools but one of them was quite green and quite dirty also. there was a buffet for dinner which wasn’t great quality and not good value for money. I also did not feel well the day after eating the food and continued to feel unwell upon my return home.

The room service and wait staff were amazing, very helpful in every situation.

Great setting

The property lacks maintenance. The current status of the hotel is not compatible with the Sofitel brand. It lacks basic maintenance and care. Feels abandoned and carelesse. There are even grafiti on walls
