Breakfast was very good, the location was perfect (close to the beach and to the vaporetto for Venice), the garden is wonderful!

This place is magical. It has a wonderful garden and a terrace, where you can have breakfast (for 15 Euro p.person) between flowers and the staff is super friendly! We felt very welcome from the start. Our room had a cute little balcony. It is located central in lido. It is just a few minutes walk to the waterbus, Cafés and restaurants. We spend one day in lido and visited Venice for two days from lido. It is very convient to get there by the waterbus, to the first stop in venice It is only a few minutes. The waterbus ticket is with 45 euros for 3 days quite expensive though, but you can use all public transport. There are a few little dogs running around in the garden, they are friendly, but bark at people now and then, so if you are afraid of dogs you might consider this. We had a lovely stay, thank you so much!

Beautiful grounds and room. Very central only 7 mins walk to water boat and 15mins walk to beach. It was so quite at night had a great nights sleep.

Magnificent villa very Venetian style , great continental breakfast served in beautiful garden , great location if you don’t like to spend fortune in central Venice . Close to Lido beach .

Shame that 2nd bathroom isn’t equipped with a shower.

The location was great and the house did have a lovely little garden in the front. Very charming atmosphere perfect for a whole family with children. We would come there back again.

Some daily items in the kitchen like a water heater or microwave was missing and have been missed. Just a little note by side few ants have been always inside of the house. But not bothering us.

Beautiful place, nice and warm people. It was a very clean and cosy house. I enjoyd the lavanda room with the beautiful sound of the morning birds.

The welcome was very friendly. We instantly felt at home. The Garden ist absolutely great. The breakfeast is a must. High quality- food, sitting under old trees in the garden. We loved it.

We have been there for one night and we did not find one thing, that could be better.For us it was a perfect time in a wonderful place with wonderful hosts.
