The staff was very friendly and courteous. We were quickly checked in. All questions were answered in a friendly manner. The location is very convenient, not far from the train station. For a deposit of 10 or 20 euros you can get an iron and hairdryer, returning them back to reception the money is refunded.

On the downside, the room is quite small. There is no full bathroom, separate small rooms for toilet and shower. Very hot room, and when you open the window, the noise from the street does not let you sleep. The hotel is on a very noisy street.

Breakfast: We enjoyed the breakfast and the facilities in the breakfast room. The variety was sufficient, and I think it was good value for money.

The room was very hot, without any air conditioning and we didn't mind it, but the window could only open a little bit and the people in the street made a lot of noise. The neighborhood was not quiet, but we realized this was not the establishment's fault.

Kleines Zimmer, kein Badezimmer (Nur Duschkabine), schlechte Betten, Zimmer gar nicht sauber, katastrophales Frühstück, schmutzige Saftmaschine, nur "Plastikwurst und Plastikkäse", keine Eigerichte, Frühstück kostet zwar nur € 10,00 und das sind € 9,00 zu viel!!!!! Servicemitarbeiter fühlen sich gestört, wenn sie selbst während die Gäste frühstücken, selbst auch ihr Frühstück einnehmen. In der Nacht oft sehr laute Musik zu hören bzw. lärmende Jugendliche (2:00 früh).

- de topper matrassen verschoven steeds. Erg vervelend. - onze kamer, op de 5e verdieping, lag recht tegenover een bouwplaats. Vanaf 7 uur kwam daar heel veel lawaai vandaan. - personeel niet allemaal even vriendelijk. Niet eens een "hallo" als je tussendoor een keer binnen kwam.

No restaurant and far walk to one. Beds to slim, not wide enough, 70 or 80 cm.

Good location. Excellent quality for price. Rooms are basic but everything works well. Very clean. Wifi is good. Cannot complain for the price paid.

Room feel a bit like a hospital room

Uns hat die Lage des Hotels gefallen, da der Bahnhof direkt in der Nähe war und man auch direkt anschluss an die Bahn, Busse und Metro hatte. Es gab auch direkt ein Lidl neben an wo man einkaufen gehen konnte was wir auch gut fanden. Das Zimmer war in einer guten Größe diesmal für zwei Personen ausreichend. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung für den Preis dieses mal gab es mehr Auswahl.

Uns hat nicht gefallen das es keine richtige Heizung auf dem Zimmer gab, da dort nur so eine ganz kleine an der Wand hing die zwar gut warm wurde aber leider nicht das Zimmer richtig beheizt hat. Die Fenster waren leider nicht so gut verdichtet, da man den ganzen Lärm von draußen gehört hat somit konnte man nicht so gut schlafen. Das Waschbecken hatte erstmal kaltes Wasser sobald man dann aber die Dusche anmachte wurde es warm, da sollte man mal nachschauen woran das liegt. Ein kleiner Kleiderschrank wäre auch noch Top gewesen, da für zwei Personen es dann mit einer kleinen Garderobe nicht so ausgereicht hat.

My bedsheets were dirty, however, after I complained, they changed them… so no problem after all.

Location since it is very close to railway station and commercial center where there is lots of pubs and restaurant where to eat.

There is no A/C in the rooms, while there is in the public spaces (weird!). Since the windows can't be opened for safety reasons, situation at night is unconfortable (especially during summer period) because of high humidity. Breakfast had no much choices and empty boxes (like the ones of the juices) weren't rifilled even it was still breakfast time.

This was a quick 1-night stay so we didn't do much other than sleep. It was simple and easy being nearby the central train station. It was surprisingly quiet in the area. We had the window open (no air conditioning) and the city noise wasn't a bother at all.

A weird design, it felt like staying in a pediatricians office. There was a zoo animal theme in the room with vinyl decals on the wall which didn't make much sense.

The place was close to all shops and easy to park also safe to walk at night is good place, happy to go again 😀

Efficient service, a room and good shower of your own in a quiet corner of the city centre (ridiculously convenient for the station) at a very good price, particularly helpful travelling with 9 crew.

There's no escaping from the fact that the lack of carpeting and soft furnishings is depressing, however good the value. The foam matress topper tends to make you sweat which, combined with work stress, led to very little sleep.

Good size room. Well presented.

No wardrobes or drawers for clothes.
