Beautiful city hotel, with all you need for a nice stay in a very central location. Nice pool area, big rooms and quality food. Check-in was really well organised and fluid.

Services/interactions with staff has been both very friendly at one end; confrontational at the other end. This quality gap had left me speechless.

Morgunmaturinn var það eina sem okkur líkaði , fyrir utan að vantaði stundum diska og hnífapör. Staðsetning hentar þeim sem fara ekki snemma að sofa, alltof míkill hávaði fyrir mitt leiti frá barnum á hótelinu og ströndinni.

Margt sem þarfnast endurbóta , allavega okkar herbergi. Þurftum í eitt skiptið að bíða í 6 klukkustundir eftir að fá hrein handklæði eftir að óhreinu voru tekin. Rúmin rosalega stíf . Þrifin á herb. voru ekki góð . Míkið um pöddur, kongulær allavega í því herbergi sem við vorum í . Míkil vonbrigði með þetta hótel miða við hvað maður greiddi fyrir dvölina þar, algerlega ofmetið að mínu mati.

Speachless

Rooms were excellent and when we had a problem with the air conditioning we were moved straight away. A little frustrating but excellent service. The staff here are fantastic. Beds were very comfortable and the location was fantastic right on the beach and lovely views. Get a sea view if you can it's worth it. Quick mention for the cleaning and reception staff who were always so helpful.

Without wanting to sound like a typical Brit I found it strange that there was no bar between 6pm and 8pm. Its the perfect time here for a relaxing drink before dinner. Also strange that there was no restaurant here in the evening? Last little moan is the fridge was too small.

The staff, the Pool bar/bistro, the view from my second room and the breakfast. Always possible to get a sunbed and it was never to loud. Gym is nice but needs more weights.

The room in the beginning could have been cleaner. The air in room 101 was bad. Needed more activities/shows. The bed was to hard.

Cockroaches. I have such a phobia and they were everywhere. Didnt really sleep the whole trip since I found one in the bedroom.

The 2 bed apartment was lovely and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The sea view was great to wake up to. The location was ideal for going down to the beach.

The location was great. The room was nice. The staff at the bar was so friendly.

The cleaning could have been better. Also there were a lot of cockroaches in our garden. The beds were not comfortable, the mattress was too stiff.

Overall everything was perfect, the breakfast was included in our package and in my opinion catered for everyone needs.

We stayed in apartment 803, and although it had adequate facilities it would have been perfect if a washing machine was provided, a family of 4 has a lot of washing and Flamingo Beach Mate do not provide a laundry service. As with most resorts certain guests place towels on the sun beds with sun shade in early morning to reserve them and then go off and do other things and considering this was one of the first things the reception informed us not to do when we arrived, some guests just do not care. I must say the lady lifeguard did on a couple of occasions remove all the towels on the reserved sunbeds, well done for that!

The beach front a bit noisy with the Karaoke but if you look at it another way free entertainment from your terrace

super close to the beach and so many nice restaurants around. excellent breakfast i love the hot chocolate so much. also enjoy the sea while having breakfast so much. would definitely recommend everyone to go!

The room was spacious,both indoor and out, with a generous courtyard to lounge and dry. The indoor area was large enough for the five of us to find our own space, while still being together. The pool area and bar facilties were a huge hit, as was the proximity to everything we wanted to do, including shopping, restaurants, water parks and the sea.

Everything was quite wonderful. Can't think of any changes. Even the service after we checked out was exemplary!
