The facility was beautiful and the staff attentive. The large property has several cabins in small clusters, so it feels private. Our room was for 3 people and it was good size, very cute and had AC (essential with the heat of Pantanal). The property has so many birds such as macaws, parrots, toucans, etc and the horses are nearby. The prices included 3 meals per day (drinks excluded) and two adventures per day. The food was truly delicious and one night we even had a traditional Brazilian churrasco and live local music. They had choice of red meat, chicken or fish at most meals. The “adventures” typically were twice per day (except one day you also do the nighttime safari as a third one) which typically are one in the early morning and the second one in the afternoon to avoid the heat. These varied and we did horseback riding, piranha fishing, hiking, kayaking and boat ride among other things. Staff were super attentive. I arranged with the staff via whatsapp so they could set transportation from and back to Campo Grande, which is the nearest large airport

We went during the rainy season, which can limit you a little and it is very hot and humid during that time of year. However, as mentioned the rooms have AC and they tried to arrange the adventures at less hot times. The location is 3 hours from Campo Grande, but the roads were in good shape.

loved this place! staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. they will try to enable you to do any activity possible, we went out at 4.30am in a car safari as we were so keen to see a giant anteater (wish came true!) the macaws and armadillos are incredible and are based around the farm, you can see them while eating dinner! food was delicious and included free. drinks were reasonably priced. room was cooled via air conditioning and comfortable. we had frogs in the bathroom in the evening. I enjoyed them, my girlfriend did not! but they're small and cute as far as I'm concerned. strongly strongly recommend this place. no jaguar sittings but they do happen a few times per month. giant otters are rare but we did see a couple while kayaking!

Very nice place with amazing birdlife all day long. At night even a grab-eating fox showed up. Staff is very lovely, food plenty and good. The nature around the Pousada is full of wonders. The activities are diverse and they schedule them for you and they take place in groups. If you want to be more flexible you can also book private tours for a reasonable price, what we did for the last 5 days. For us as photographers perfect. And everybody who doesn't speak Portuguese should hire a bilingual guide in advance.

Some of the room doors need a makeover. Our first room had quite a gap and there were tons of mosquitos in the room. But it was not a problem to change the room. And the second one was perfect.

Breakfast lived up to the Hype! Award winning Cheese, hours old milk, fresh squeezed juices, and wildlife all around anxious to share breakfast with you! The staff was incredible, sooo nice and attentive. The tour guides were incredible and showed us so much of the Pantanal in an efficient, safe and fun way.

If I really had to get picky Id say maybe more things to do while in between tours? Maybe the ease of changing breakfast orders, although I feel like if I spoke Portuguese I would of been able to remedy that quickly.

They were incredible. Everyone was helpful and nice, they even arranged a trip to Bonito for us. There are animals everywhere around the Pousada; birds, horses, ..

The staff were awesome. They made me feel very comfortable and were incredibly welcoming. Each member, despite some language barriers went out of their way to make my trip the best it could be. They all have a unique passion about their farm, the animals and the history of the area and are very happy to share this. WONDERFUL!
