Absolutely amazing service and staff. They were both professional and personal, something that made our stay even more special. The Villas were super spacious, and the breakfast was beyond anything we have ever experienced in Thailand.
The facilities exceeded our expectations when it came to being child-friendly - as the staff made an extra effort to make the kids feel welcome.
There were quite a few insects at the facilities. In the villas there were a bit of an ant problem, but this was quickly resolved once we learned that we could not leave any food / sweets open. There was also quite a few other insects both inside and out, but as the facilities are somewhat in the forest, this was expected (and NOT the hotels fault)

Frühstück war sehr gut für mich, man konnte zwischen American Breakfast, Reissuppe und Eierspeisen wählen. Zusätzlich gab es ein kleines, aber feines Buffet
Bei der Anreise wurde ich informiert, dass ich die komplette Summe bar bezahlen muss da man aktuell keine Kreditkartenzahlung akzeptiert kann, da das Gerät defekt ist. Da ich das shelf nicht bar hatte musste ich in einem andern Hotel das Geld per Kreditkarte holen und dafür zusätzliche Gebühren zahlen.

Amazing pool and nice private beach. Lovely room with big comfy bed and nice outdoor shower and indoor shower. Helpful staff arranged motorbikes and transport to our next destination.
The breakfast wasn't fantastic, but it was nice enough. No obvious restaurant or bar, at least no menu advertised. Compared to other places we have stayed this hotel did not really justify the price or the four star rating in our opinion however it was very nice. We have stayed in cheaper places that are just as nice and slightly better in some areas.

Beautiful villas, amazing pool. Staff were lovely. The island itself is an incredible place to relax. 100% need to rent a scooter!

The room was very spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed.the rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels.The pool area is really nice with an infinity pool and great view. a lovely varied breakfast was served and the staff are very helpful and friendly

the whole vibe! as if you entered a heaven of tranquility. It doesn’t do justice that they have low reviews. the staff is so helpful and friendly, pool and bungalows nice. and location, wow! the island is so small you can drive to any location in 10-15 minutes. it was a bliss staying here. also highly recommended the Thai massage!

This hotel had a 6.9 rating when we visited in Feb 2023. But as soon as you arrive you will see this is really erroneous.
the cabins are all lovely, clean and spacious. With nice large patios. Beds are large, firm and all very clean.
The infinity pool looking south across to Koh Kood is spectacular. The beach is nice, but not fabulous. The restaurant has new staff and improving every day. excellent on-site management and enthusiastic team working hard on this lovely hotel.
the hotel is isolated. which is absolutely wonderful if that is what you seek.

We had to leave after 1 night, because of the Covid-19 and cancelled the further 5 nights. At the begining they were very nice, they offered us a free ferry back to Trat and they let off our bike rental fee. We filled a paper about the cancellation and they promised that we can figure out about some refund because of this special situation. After returning home they were not helpful, they didn"t do anything about some refund. Once they wrote they can offer a voucher for a future stay, but they didn't send any email or confirmation about this. After all this they didn't answer to my mails/sms.
