Cute and cosy good little find for the night
Wasn't anything to not like just small and cosy for a nights stay

Room was great, comfy bed. Tea/coffee, fridge & Microwave in room. Big fan on the wall to help with the heat also.
Internal window isn’t the best, could hear the room across the little courtyard quite loudly.

The property was good and clean. It was a pleasant experience. The property is as per the description (small room but enough for 1 or 2 person stay).

The hotel was very clean, loved how housekeepers came and cleaned up every morning. Adequate facilities in the room. Was cosy and like a home from home. Very classy yet simple decor and the staff were lovely. Less than 5 min walk from Paddington Station and very easy to find 😀
The one thing that would have made our stay even better would have been breakfast included however I also understand that not all hitels/guesthouses can accommodate this.

I like the location, the cleanliness, and quietness. The staff accommodated my early arrival, allowing me to leave my luggage there until I was able to check in. There were several things located nearby within walking distance to a variety of food options.
The room had a lot in it and not enough space. The table was right next to the bed, the fridge right next to the bed with a tea and coffee set on top of it... just a bit too narrow for my liking. The bathroom was a tad cramped as well. Toilet and shower and was across a bit close. Also was informed after checking out how to use shower, not before.

Staff, location and facilities
Smallness of the rooms and the fact that there wasn't a proper lobby for hang out after check out time at 11 a.m, particularly if departure flights are at night

We did not like anything, a very upsetting experience.
Very poor, cigarette burn in the quilt cover, light bulbs not working, no bath mat. Not clean, very poor standard. Bed very uncomfortable. Person on duty had £20 cash from us to park outside the Hotel.

the floor of the room was dirty and the bedsheets had stains in them.
I called before booking to make sure they had a suitable room for me and my daughter and they said yes, when I got there they didn’t….

Exquisite location, very kind staff, the room was clean, big separate closet space, small fridge and microwave. I really enjoyed my stay :)
The room was quite small, but I traveled alone so it was perfect for me. The shower took a long time to heat up.

the location is near train station and the hyde park
They advertise the room as being soundproof but it is not you could hear everything from inside out and vice versa.
The rooms looks nothing like the pictures and the shower head was loose/broken as it could not be put back together since we arrived

This hotel is perfect for travelers and young people. If you are traveling on a budget and looking for a room just to get some sleep and shower, this is a great option - super location, good money, and pretty clean room.
Thin walls - sometimes it felt like somebody is with me in a room
Safety - lock on a door was not enough for me to make me feel safe

Location is brilliant and the room had essential appliances and enough space for a short break.
Had some ants appear on my 2nd day which was annoying but i managed to stop them from coming back. The bathroom was tricky as I'm a larger guy but shower itself was great.

Everything we needed, lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and very comfortable for our short stop in London and nearby to catch our coach early the next morning
