Tolle Lage - ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs S. M. Novella und dem alten Zentrum von Florenz. Die Straße führt direkt zur Kathedrale Santa Maria del Fiore und ist voll mit Restaurants und Geschäften, so dass man zu jeder Zeit gut ankommen kann. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber sehr hübsch und komfortabel - sehr gut geeignet für diejenigen, die nach einem langen Tag einen ruhigen Ort zum Ausruhen brauchen. Ich habe ein Zimmer gebucht, bei dem das Bad außerhalb des Zimmers liegt, was anders war, aber es war zur alleinigen Nutzung, was es trotzdem sehr komfortabel machte. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für die Hochsaison in Florenz!

Die Luft im Kleiderschrank des Zimmers war etwas feucht, so dass ich mich unsicher fühlte, dort Kleidung aufzuhängen - also habe ich es nicht versucht. Das Badezimmer hatte auch keine Fenster, was den Dampf ein wenig aufhielt, und da es auf dem Flur lag, konnte ich die Tür nicht offen lassen, um zu lüften. Dennoch muss ich hervorheben, dass alles sehr sauber war und ich keinerlei Probleme hatte!

The Internet is awful. We can't get cell phone signals inside the room. At the same time, the WiFi inside the hotel is shared by all the guests which means the speed is terrible. Therefore, we can barely use the internet when back to the hotel. Besides, the towers won't be changed until the third day, which is not mentioned in the introduction. The last things is that, the mini bar(which is empty) inside the room is almost broken. It was a car fridge but can hardly close its door. Dealing with all kinds of detailed issues is a cost of energy after a long trip.

L'hotel è situato in una posizione strategica nel raggiungere in pochi minuti i punti più importanti della città, tra cui la stazione ferroviaria e il centro storico. La zona è tranquilla e sicura con servizi come supermercati, bar e ristoranti. La camera che abbiamo preso, una tripla, ha letti e cuscini comodi, con riscaldamento nuovo e silenzioso. Il bagno, riscaldato da termosifone elettrico è funzionale con doccia nuova, prodotti da bagno, carta igienica a volontà e asciugacapelli efficiente, In camera è anche presente un termos elettrico e la tv. C'è la possibilità di poter usufruire della macchina del caffè quando si vuole. Le finestre sono insonorizzate. L'igiene è impeccabile. Una menzione particolare per il signor Roberto che ci ha accolti con professionalità e simpatia, dandoci consigli su come organizzare al meglio la nostra vacanza.

Posizione comodissima, camera graziosa e silenziosa, proprietari/staff gentilissimi. C’erano decori natalizi sulle porte e l’interno delle camere con particolari ben curati.

l'unica cosa è l'affaccio della stanza (sul muro del palazzo di fronte), però per questo è stata anche molto tranquilla la stanza.

the communication was exceptional . by what’s ap gave wonderful directions . very close to railway station easy to find . the welcome was exceptional and answered all my questions gave me a map and told me some local knowledge . the shared coffee and biscuits were a lovely touch .

Lovely receptionist and owner. They will do their best to give you the best spots in the city and will be flexible on check-in/out times. Cozy room, small but useful and clean. All what we needed for spending 3 days in Florence.
