El gimnasio no tenía aire acondicionado y se hace imposible utilizarlo el desayuno podía mejorar muy básico para un Hotel de estas características El personal, aunque es amable, necesita hablar mejor inglés para poder comunicarse con con el tipo de usuario

Beach view was nice and the breakfast area was spacious.

It looked like mold (black) against the linings of the bathrooms sinks. Supposedly “4 star” accommodations yet it is not clean. I also don’t like how you only get one key to the room.

We got a free room upgrade to the panaromic ocean room which was excellent. The bar area and beach facilities were good.

Holding the passport to a foreigner for the entire duration of the stay, for a room paid already at the check in, it is unnecessary and unpleasant. The complementary transfer to the airport was surprisingly denied last minute, despite early reservation and related confirmation. The needed shuttle bus was full, and the spots were uselessly moved to the following day. We were invited then to get a taxi at our own expenses, showing lack of taking responsibility when making mistakes.

The bar on the beach is great

Very slippery shower. One guest slipped and banged her head and gashed her arm. It was a fair way out of town. 1 hour after using my credit card at the hotel (first time using it in Vietnam) there was fraudulent activity on it. Spoke to the manager who assured me it wasn't their staff. Interestingly, the fraudulent charge was then refunded...??

The property was well located, and the facilities were quite good. The beach was kept reasonably clean, and the Wi-Fi worked on the beach as well as around the property. 

both us and the friends we were travelling with had rats/mice in a room at night time walking around. Our friends were so upset by this they had to move rooms. The alcohol/drink prices were quite high compare to anywhere else with been in Vietnam.I while I absolutely appreciate that English is not Vietnamese first language, I found it very surprising that even the bar staff who were there every day of our four day stay, could not understand the words like gin & tonic, or any other cocktail they had on their own menu, even though they had served us many times over the four days, and the facility was extremely quiet, and therefore I thought being in hospitality you would have a basic knowledge of understanding English of the few items you have to offer the same customers daily. Communication overall with anyone in this facility was extremely difficult. there was a feeling that as they didn’t understand English they made no effort to help you at all, simply ignoring you. As nice as the bar staff were, we had to on every occasion go and find him, sitting around the bar doing nothing & serving no one, to bring us a menu so we could buy drinks and food There was just a general sense of lack of management in the whole facility. we felt the finer details were not looked after. For example, there were three bathrooms around the pool area and two days running I went to use them, and not one of the three bathrooms had any toilet paper left or hand soap, which indicates of course they certainly weren’t cleaned by anyone for 48 hours as somebody would’ve noticed this. When I tried to bring this to someone’s attention, I was fobbed off and told ti use the bathroom in my room.

i had an amzing room overlooking the beach, rooms were very clean and calm. the beach bar is definately the place to be at night!!! great staff, i loved it!

breakfast room is very small so super crowded. people tend to lesve their stuff on the beach beds before 8am, there’s a lack of seats

Everything was amazing! Large bedroom, fantastic common areas. Breakfast was really good and complete! The beach is really nice and the bar as very good drinks and food. I forgot my tablet and watch in the room, and they were amazing in the process of sending it to Ho Cho Minh, they even paid for the shipment. I really appreciate the effort!

hotel is ok - I can agree to many comments - room nice - every day new towels . Kimono was fresh and also changed frequently. All the staff very friendly and fixed issues very fast . We had some ants 🐜 but immediately took care to remove . The hotel is direct at the beach , pool is very nice , beach 🏖️ nice and clean . The bar is nice - music in the upper level not disturbing. Aircon works well . shuttle service to airport- top.

no furniture on the wonderful balcony - need to book higher category - That’s not understandable! Crowded breakfast hall - quality level ok - coffee ☕️ is bad - need order and pay extra but only if the bar open . Needed to argue to get towels for beach 🏝️ visit . Some guests are very loud also during night - nobody really controlling that .

I loved the bar!! it has amazing vibes, views, music and fire show. It was so entertaining with a great view. hotel room Price was super reasonable but bar was kinda expensive

Excellent location, fantastic view from the room. This is a proper beachfront hotel. Went straight to the beach after checking in. The staffs are so honest & accommodating. No a single frown or sulky face. The property is kept clean. They kept adding bean bags for guest at the beach. Definitely one of the best in the island. Breakfast spread was good. Good balance of local & western cuisine. I left my Oakley shades behind and they informed me they found it. There’s a couple of restaurants and even a grocery shop within 2minutes of walking.

Great location, next to the beach. Not too far from town and airport. Great breakfast. Nice pool. Lively during holiday season with DJ at the beachfront and other interesting shows.

Rooms and facilities a bit old. Mold in the bathroom which I guess is common in the sea front area. Wish there were more towels available out for people staying. Have to chase a staff to get clean towel when hanging out by the pool or beach.

Bedroom - Requires a deep clean . Bathroom - Blue Mould , Dirty grouting on tiles ,Dusty, , Mirrors with finger prints, Windows dirty, Balcony - Needs hosed and brushed Dining Room - Deep clean required- filthy , Provision of hand sanitisers and extra food tongs, Failure to replenish food stations, Ask staff for clean cups and glasses, Lack of tea and coffee stations, undrinkable coffee, cordial juices , Lack of toast making facilities, Pool and Grounds - Lack of Sunbed’s and seating for guests on the beach and by the pool areas. Had to search for towels in storage area after being directed to do so by staff. Pool Bar closed. Staff - Rude and aggressive at check in. Insincere apology for failing to provide airport arrival transfer even though it was booked in advance. No Pay , No Passport policy even after accomodation bill settled at check - in. Dining room staff lack training and courtesy skills. They brush and mop under your feet while you eat . Conclusion - Great website, Trendy well produced professional social media video on bedroom tv , which totally misrepresents the reality on the ground. Steps to Improve : Management Intervention, Staff training, Upgrade and deliver health and hygiene policies and reassess customer experience as it’s been totally lost

best thing about the resort is the proximity to the beach. they provided beach wraps as well

The overall stay was great but some miscommunication mostly due to language barrier. but I would like to point out that the staff tried their best to accommodate us.

The staff is very friendly, as well as recepcionists. The food in the breakfast is amazing. The swimming pool outdoor is perfect. The beach is really good.

There's a doof doof nightclub at Sunset until 1am most nights so keep this in mind.

The whole staff was quiet nice and helpful especially the general manager Thin. Our hotel room was very comfortable and we got a nice view on the ocean (especially in the morning and at sunset).

Nice and clean hotel with small private beach (other public part of the beach near the hotel is not very well looked after), staffs are very helpful and can help you book ticket to Vin Safari and guide you to the free bus service provided by Vinpearl. Buffet breakfast changing daily with good mix of Asian and Continental options. The hotel is close to centre with many restaurants and shops nearby, but if you want to go to night market would still need a taxi (~30,000k VND)

The bar in front of the hotel plays loud music until 1am everyday, they have exterior speaker and don't fully close the bar door so a lot of base sound goes around the hotel, making it difficult for guests to sleep.

Good location and room was neat and tidy. we received a free upgrade which was very kind.

It was a bit uncomfortable having my passport held for the duration of the stay. The early closing of the pool at 7pm was a bit disappointing and no pool bar as advertised.
