No Coffee available until 9 in the morning! Need to have a pot in the lobby for guests.

very nice room, quite warm even when the weather outside was really cold, awesome bed. really quiet during the night, the view and the garden are awesome. really nice staff. the restaurant inside the property is awesome and the food tasty.

Hotel is set against a mountain, with a stream running through the lush gardens. Our room was old but well kept and absolutely spotless. The cleanliness of the hotel is beyond fault. The bed was comfortable and clean, and the view from our room was spectacular.

Pity no WiFi in the rooms but easy to forgo.

Staff were friendly and gave us a great room with a view. Hotel was beautifully clean, with great sized shower and bathroom. Beds were very comfortable as well.

The situation and garden is wonderful. A real mountain oasis. There is a footpath to the right of the car park which climbs up into the mountains and forest which is a wonderful hike with good shoes needed. The breakfast in the restaurant was good. I couldn’t get the shower hot and cold water to mix so the shower was either too hot or very cold. The plumbing is noisy.

It was really quiet and empty during the week and much busier at weekends as was the village.

Excellent place and location

Perfect place in a lovely PUEBLO MAGICO, Town, surrounded by mountains, nature, lovely gardens, beautiful restaurant Very Romantic. Ideal for couples and families, the showers are great, lots of pressure and warm water.

The place is very beautiful! Since you arrived you can notice the quality of maintenance the staff perform. The details are awesome!

This property and nature appeal is beyond beautiful. Even if you don’t stay, you should at least dine in their restaurant which is an experience in itself, and surprisingly affordable. The staff was very kind, helpful and accommodating. The resort owner was also staying there at the same time, and he spent the time to get to know and welcome us. We left feeling like we had a truly unique and unforgettable experience there. But most of all, even if you don’t choose to stay here, at least enjoy a meal in their restaurant which will remain one of the most memorable restaurant experiences of my life, and it’s not expensive at all ($$).

Rooms are more expensive than other places nearby. But we visited 5 or 6 other places and toured the rooms before finally choosing to stay here despite the extra cost. We can confidently say that this hotel is the nicest option in the area.
