Beautiful location with a panoramic view of the Arabian sea from the resort.Well maintained villas with great ambiance.Very clean, hygiene and spacious rooms.Staff are very polite and friendly.Tasty food is served at the in-house restaurant with amazing ambiance.Pool is very clean and maintained.Not many people on the beach feels like a private beach which is very clean, calm and serene.Overall value for money and a great location to spend time with your family and is definitely de-stressing.Also,worth mentioning my driver was provided with food and a decent room to stay! Excellent
Tender coconut was over priced.Was not expecting in a place which is full of coconut trees!At least
a welcome drink we expected a tender coconut.Authentic Kerala breakfast if served would be great..can improve on the spread..

Beachside location. Greenery and cottage style accommodation. Great food at the restaurant. Excellent front desk service by the manager Sailesh and his staff. He booked our taxi for further travel and followed up to ensure everything was ok. Restaurant at our request packed lunch for us for our road trip so we do not have to eat outside food. Small pool good for families with kids and beach volleyball. Staff made us feel at home. Could see that the resort promotes a natural lifestyle and cares for the environment. Great place to get away from the crowds and the busy city life.
There are mosquitoes and flies as one would expect in such a place, but the resort manages them well.

5 star service, the staff are absolutely fantastic and so helpful. The location was out of this world. A beautiful private beach at our door and a swimming pool too and lovely palm trees. So worth the visit from Ireland

Location was amazing. The beach is extremely secluded. One of the most empty beaches we’ve seen in India.

Everyone at the resort were pleasant and helpful.
Food was superb with special thanks to Sakesh at the restaurant.

Excellent location and friendly staff. The food was delicious.
The bed linen was a bit worn out and had stains. It was also not changed during our stay.

Location - Right on the beach
1) The property seems to be very old and the rooms are crying for renovation. Ageing furniture's in the room caused injury
2) Had a real tough time with the food. What we ordered was delivered after 2 hours (last item at 10.30 PM). Kids went to bed hungry and crying. When we raised the concern with the manager (Mr. Prakash), he smartly put the blame on us. Few local dishes taste very good. Please avoid ordering north indian items, they were horrible.
PS: There are few good restaurants nearby where we had food on the next day.

The location on a stunning beach, the beauty if the rooms, the staff and excellent food… and a lovely management style…. a GEM !

Kanan Beach Resort gets everything right: great location, right on the beach with 10 spacious, beautiful cottages. A multicuisine resturant serving sumptuous food- even requests for items not on the menu. And a very efficient, and helpful staff to look after your every need.

Large and clean beachfront, 18KM of clear beach walking area. Stayed in 2BHK with all amenities for a family to stay for a few days. Prakash was great at arranging our travel requirements along with food. Thank you.

A very calm and enjoyable Spot which is well maintained. I could spend my weekend peacefully with the sea view. We had a filling and excellent breakfast.
