2 remarks that could be improved in our opinion: the curtains are letting through too much sun in the morning. so you wake up quite early. If these could be bit darker. And the path to the beach could use bit more light, it’s pretty dark and we can image older people might feel bit uncomfortable. it’s rocky and they could trip.

The rooms at Kasadya are spacious, beautiful and stylish, super clean with a beautiful bed, a fridge and tea and coffee facilities and with a private courtyard. There is a great pool and lovely gardens. The location is excellent, a nice quiet area yet only 4-5 minutes walk to the beach and many restaurants. in the other direction it's only 5 minutes to the main road where there a numerous restaurants, spas, banks and money changers. The short , (100M), access road is unpaved and narrow, but that was no problem for us. three is some parking available. Best of all are the great staff, who went out of their way to be friendly and helpful . Michael and Jenna were great and they found and returned an expensive camera part I'd lost and though was gone. Thanks. I cant recall his name but when we asked for a restaurant recommendation, shortly after we set off on foot, he pulled up on his scooter and gave us a lift. All in all, it was a wonderful place to stay at the beautiful Alona Beach, made even better by great staff. Thank you Villa Kasadya

it’s a small but cute property, Bali style. my kids absolutely loved the pool, and is as well.

expect to have a lot of ants and insects on the room. unfortunately it’s the price to pay when living surrounded by nature.

Narrow bed, it’s not enough for 2 people. A meager tasteless breakfast, for which you need to pay extra.

Very nice small resort with the vibe of Bali, newly renovated, very clean with large rooms, close to the Alona beach.

Close to the beach, the villa is spacious. they clean it everyday. they can help you arrange tours. perfect place to relax.

The facilities would just need a little refreshening to be perfect + some dust swept from under the beds. The neighbours have roosters so if you’re a light sleeper you will need earplugs.

The place is really well decorated, big and confortable rooms and is really close to Alona beach and restaurants

The customer service was not good, specially compared to all the places we visited in the Phillipines. They took days to reply or didn´t reply at all to our questions, didn´t offer any type of help (all the places we stayed in the islands offered pick up service for a certain price. I sent a message asking about this or if they had any type of guidance, but they never replied), the wifii signal seemed to be good, but the password provided was not working and they didn´t help with this, so we ended up not using. The breakfast option available was just 1 - filipino breakfast, and if you wanted an american one (bread insted of rice), you had to pay 50 pesos more for that - this was the only place that we had to pay more for a different option.

Very nice-looking hotel and rooms, for a good price too. Philipino breakfast was included in the price, for extra 50 php one can get an American breakfast instead. Wifi works well. Rooms have hot water and are clean. Staff very nice. We rented a scooter directly at the hotel. Going to Alona beach is 3-5 minutes walking (the path is not great but doable). We have booked a few more nights at this hotel.

The road outside does get very muddy if it rains. Also when it rained hard water got into our room. But these are minor complaints.

The ambiance and coziness of the room!!... Yung tipong gusto mung sa room nalamg at di nalalabas and not that much crowded!.. Its safe for the kids and senior to be in that place

Far from the beach😔 Yung daan is not a kid/senior friendly.. too risky for a senior or a kid dumaan..
