Perfect condo except a couple of things. Laundry room in a dungeon and expensive to use. The thermostat was controlled and trying to stay cool at 72 on top floor was a struggle for all of us especially sleeping.

Our first time to Siesta Keys and we were blown away by the amazing beach . Friendly staff, Cooper the young man who brought us our beach chairs went out of his way to educate us on key points . Will definitely come back .

Very pretty property with pools and beautiful private beach. Our unit had beach chairs and mats and a wagon to take everything there. The unit was clean and spacious. We really enjoyed it.

Great location close to pool and midway between ocean and other pool. Very clean property. Only downside was construction next door that started at 7AM every day. Once that's done, I would highly recommend this condo.

Accommodations were comfortable. We were well advised on what was available at the condo so we could prepare for our vacation. We had a wonderful experience!

Sue was amazing to work with and responded so quickly. Helped us with getting in early to the condo, as well as earlier into the parking lot so we could enjoy the day. Condo was great. Not beachfront, but we loved the short beautiful walk each day. Would return!!!

Really enjoyed the beach.

This resort is exceptional, located very close to the amazing Siesta Key beach having two large pools, a gym and hot tub. Office people were very helpful and pleasant. The owner of the condo was very pleasant, helpful and kept in good communication with us as needed. She included very helpful, detailed information regarding use of the condo and property. We could only give our stay 4/5. The condo itself although clean and convenient was very dated, namely, the furniture and the pots and pans…not what we are use to living in while on vacation.

The property was beautiful and in a perfect location. The host went above and beyond with accommodations and very informative. Will definitely visit again.

This property was amazing! Unlike others were pics must have been taken years ago this matched exactly. Very pleased, felt like home. Short couple block walk to the amazing beach, which we walked each morning. We enjoyed the bay side pool and view as we love watching boats pass. Close to St. Armand’s Circle and able to drive to Ft. Myers to visit friends.

The location would have been great except there was no mention of construction being done directly next to the bedroom windows so we were awakened every morning by 6am to power tools music and loud noises. The view from the patio was not as advertised You just seen the building being renovated. The condo smelled of mold/mildew which I don’t know if that was due to it being a humid environment and so close to the beach but was not pleasant gave me a migraine.

We brought our grandaughters for their first trip ever and to celebrate my birthday and we had the best time ever! Condo was very clean comfortable and excellent location! We will stay again

The apartment was perfect for our needs and included everything we needed! We also loved the beach toy stash and proximity to the beach.

Beautiful location. Close to the hot spots, but far enough from the late night noise. Would definitely stay again! Sue is a great host and super responsive.

The apartment was very nice and clean. There's a full kitchen with pots and pans, utensils and a coffeemaker. Poperty is on beach. Sue was very nice and reached out to me to make sure I received the checkin instructions. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

Palm Bay is centrally located to everything which is great :) Our condo was conveniently located between beach and pool/tennis court area….perfect! Our property manager was very responsive and timely to our messages and issues which was very nice!!! The A/C was not properly adjusted and matching the thermostat reading so for 2 nights we did not have restful nights and although the tech came out after the 1st night it still had not been adjusted right because the thermostats limits is controlled on the back end from the property manager :( To note: The main room has NO extra drapes to keep all the morning light coming in, just like the living room and other room, HIGHLY recommend getting those so it’s not so bright in the morning The towels and pots and pans are VERYYYY old, it was veryyyyy inconvenient when cooking and washing the pans. Time to invest in some new non-stick pots and pans. She was able to extend our check out by an hour but since this is not a hotel (where no cleaning up is expected), and we are in a beach/sandy area, check out should be at least 11a (we had fellow friends staying at Palm Bay too with that check out time) because there’s sooo many things we are expected to do before leaving, throwing out all trash, making sure dishes are in dishwasher. Make sure at check in office they take time to explain to you about the property amenities etc, fitness center, laundry, pool towels, grills…..they did not take time to explain any of that.

The condo was very clean and well stocked with necessities. The host was very sweet and helpful during the entire process. I would definitely stay again when we return to Siesta Key.

We absolutely love staying here. We have made it an annual trip. Location could not be any better, the property is safe and secure, the beach is never over crowded, and Sue, the owner is always very communicative and appreciative of our business. She’s the best.

Sue was wonderful and gave us great instructions. The condo was just as described, clean and lovely. It was obviously a well-cared-for condo. The Palm Bay club is very nice and safe, with access to the incredible beach as well as two great pools. We were there for a family reunion, with a lot of family staying nearby-it was perfect. With this being our very first vacation with our 9 month old we were on our toes about driving 12+ hours to the beach, but the drive was worth it and we would do it again. Condo was clean and had so many extra little things that was needed. Beach was very quiet and relaxing. Our stay was perfect, couldn’t recommend this condo enough.

First time renting a VRBO and could not be happier with everything! The place was amazing, beautiful, loved the fact that we could use what other guests left at the property for the beach. Everything was fabulous.
