The apartment was spacious and clean. Loved the large terrace. We've spent quite some time on it, despite the overload of mosquitos. The apartment is located in a quiet area of Como (church bells excluded), but everything you need is in walking distance. There's a spot on the premises where you can park your car. The lady welcoming us didn't speak English very well, but we managed to understand eachother perfectly with limited English, Italian and gesturing and sounds. Also, make sure to greet the neighborhood cat, because it's a lovely affectionate cat!

The mosquitos could have been nicer (the accommodation provides electrical devices to keep mosquitos at bay though. Haven't been bugged at night at all!)

This is not just a big apartment in the center of Como! It's an art piece and a museum in the same time! The living room decorations with the piano and the library are sending you to a different space and give an unique feeling of cozy and familiar. Parking lot included in the middle of Como was priceless. Bathrooms are modern and fully equipped, same the kitchen. Huge terrace outside to relax in the evenings.

Nothing really, we were overwhelmed by the abundance of heritage decoration pieces and were afraid not to break something.

Brilliant location for exploring Como and accessing the funicular and train to Venice. Nice to have the outside terrace. Lots of lovely history within the apartment. Very spacious apartment with really large bedrooms.

Although the rooms had fans air conditioning would have been nice.

very unique property, with a period feel which we absolutely loved, it is huge! So spacious, with a lovely feel to it, I would not hesitate to recommend to all and I will definitely return. Fabulous location in Como too, very close to the city centre and walkable from the train stations. the terrace was excellent and it’s like a home from home with everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Thank you!

Spacious apartment with every amenity you could want. Homely, comfortable, easy walk to all the local areas of interest. Quiet area with a great coffee shop around the corner.

Nothing. Be aware there is a staircase to the apartment to carry luggage. Our very gracious host even helped with that too. Definitely worth it.

Great location, huge apartment, excellent parking
