Great location easy access to public transport and shopping.

We were there for 2 night and our room was never cleaned, so we didnt get clean sheets and towels😔

Kvällspersonal upplevde jag som snorkig när jag frågade om städning. Fick reda på att jag skulle anmält om jag ville ha städat, vilket jag inte blivit informerad om, dels att info om detta skulle finnas på rummet vilket vi inte hittade. Det enda vi ville ha var två nya handdukar vilket vi fick. Men inte vänligt. Frukosten var av sämre kvalitet än vid tidigare besök.

Excellent breakfast: very rich choice of products. Comfortable parking, garage with a part dedicated to the Hotel Conveniently located a few steps from Hyllie Station, a station that allows you to reach the centre in two stops, and Copenhagen in less than half an hour. There are several restaurants in the area and a large shopping centre "Emporium" 100 m from the hotel.

Room service: on two occasions we found the room only partially tidied (the beds were not made).

Well located, just in front of the metro/train/tram, beautiful property on the inside as well as lobby. Lively as well as many activities happening. Also, astounding breakfast, must have.

The location close to the train station is good. Except from that the surrounding area is not very attractive. When we had som food outside a restaurant not far from the hotel we saw several rats in a hedge.

Since we had an early flight from Copenhagen airport we asked about the early breakfast mentioned on the hotels website. The answer was "we don't have that anymore". The next morning, as we hurried for the train, we saw breakfast at a table in the lobby. When asking the man in the reception the answers was "we serve this early breakfast every morning". That, apparently, was the breakfast we paid for but never had a chance to eat.

I liked the location (very close to the station and the shopping mall), the quality and assortment of the breakfast (also the lactose free options) and the friendliness of the staff. Also the room size was rather large and the bed comfortable.

The toilet was not properly clean under, there was dust and hair in the clothes hanger section, there were works at 6:30 in the morning for at least 3 out of 5 days, and the shower kept leaking in response to the drilling.

I think the hotel may do better with cleaning rooms. Our room was with dust from the entrance. What surprised us is that after 2nd night we had to ask for room clean up (the lady from the reception looked surprised also with this request). During the clean up they only made our bed (without changing sheets) and gave fresh towels. The room werent vacuumed and also dirty hotel’s glasses were left in the hotel room after the clean up.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was good, and the hotel is close to Malmo arena.

Room temperature was extremely cold. I increased it to 24 degree C but it did not change. I had to change the room but that room also had same issue. Issue is: Temp does not change above 21o degree even after 24 hours of wait

we were told that they were not cleaning the rooms everyday, and asked if we would prefer any weekday over another for them to clean the room (which didn’t really matter for us). But they didn’t clean it at all, so we didn’t even receive new towels for 6 days. I guess we could have asked for it, but it’s a basic standard I think when you’re staying at the same hotel for more than a couple of days. My partner also wished there was a fridge, but maybe it was optional or you could pay extra for it, I don’t know. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much.
