The beach was very clean and white sand. Not crowded at all.

Location was amazing. Staying at the highest point at Landmark 81. Shops below and cafe level 75 was great.
The staff gave excellent service. The hotel room was beautiful with marble, gold and white surrounds. The view was spectacular..

Ocean view, pool and beach a few steps from VIP bungalow. All staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast satisfactory. We will definitely stay here again.

my electric scooter broke down. they loaned us a wheelchair to get around the resort . This was dkifficult as the paving was in poor repair but we than k them for thed loan of tbe chair
pavng was rough and dangerous and in need of immediate repair

The location, in regards to the beach, was great.
Lack of bar facilities. Lack of pool amenities. Lack of other restaurants etc in the area of the property. Lack of facilities for western guests.

price has increased 70% since I stayed 2.5 years ago & service has gone down by 70% room was cleaned but nothing replaced in terms of toiletries ,paper etc

everything Luke warm that includes tea,eggs, fruit & the phony juice (cordial)
they only reluctantly refilled anything that ran out
they had to be asked numerous times to refill
by 8.00 am there was very little fresh food left

We really liked the location (the only true beachfront property) and the pool was gorgeous, large and kept very clean (with full time attendant). You must get into their Bungalows (or “Villas”) they are newer and are much nicer than their two floor or even the taller building (not sure they even use this anymore). They are old and not good inside, even with the ocean view! Service was very good and fast. Also, plenty of security around the good sized grounds.
Luckily our A/C in the main building where front office is located did not work, so they offered us one of their “Villas”. I would call it a bungalow (had about 25-30 of these) If you’re driving, you can even pull your car right up alongside. The restaurant on the property was not great. We tried for dinner, were disappointed, so did not even try their breakfasts, but the facility looks nice and may do a good job of something simple as that. Friendly, responsive staff!!
