Its beautiful views along with the traditional architecture makes it perfect for a couple stay.

The manager has a colonial mindset and did not seem to welcoming to Indian guests. He bragging about how British tourists above the age of 60 are their regular guests and the property wouldn’t have been available on websites had e-visa been available.

Amazing property in general, with endless lake views, very secluded and peaceful. Specially recommed for nature lovers as you can see a lot of birds, monitor lizzards and even mongoose visited us two times. Staff respectful and extremely helpful, food was good with typical kerala dishes.

Beds should be more comfy, they were very stiff. Toilet could be a bit more clean.

It was amazing. Lovely well kept garden and houses. only four houses to stay in. very quiet area. extremely clean! we liked the pool. great food. fresh good and a superb omelette for breakfast. fresh fish for supper/dinner. and nice employees. anything you want you tell anish, he will help you. bed was comfortable. bathroom was stunning. i would recommend getting the sea-view rooms or the all overlooking room. I like the whole idea, they have solar power. no plastic is allowed (they use glass bottles for water). I very much recommend staying here. if you like quite and peace and having not too many people around you. if you prefer being in the middle of everything rather go somewhere else.

Very tastefully designed and built. Beautiful and private grounds + swimming pool. Helpful staff.

You’ll need to get an uber/walk down to the temple for a tuktuk if you want to visit any tourist sites, though we recommend a falooda at Big Bites in Chertala. Food’s a bit dear and there’s nowhere you can easily walk to.

We had a wonderful time. Relaxing and peaceful, and the staff couldn't have been kinder or more helpful.

The only negative was the massages we booked. A masseur comes in from outside, and he was truly bad. My advice, skip the massage.

The view from the property and rooms are just surreal. We had booked a lake view cottage, it had a private verandah with amazing views. The property is a bit far from the main city so no restaurants nearby. The property kitchen is great but only serves limited items for limited hours. The breakfast was very good.

Amazing property. A great place to relax and be in nature. Everyone was friendly and the manager of the property was always there to assist us with any needs we had example, organizing an elephant ride for me as per my request. The cleaning staff, was courteous and friendly. The chef was amazing with his food!

Excellent landscape and excellent hospitality

Superb breakfast. Wonderful and helpful staff on the whole. Excellent location - this is just off the Vembanad Lake! Lovely lovely property! Rooms are large, well designed and clean! There is an outside veranda for each cottage overlooking a small canal which is excellent ! Happy ducks on the property. The pool is lovely!

There were some extra room charges which Booking.dom had not factored in when we made the booking and were informed to us at the time of checkout. And the property manager was slightly unhappy about us not being on time to breakfast etc (a bad habit we have cultivated, which we like to keep on holidays).

Location was beautiful. The staff was wonderful. They made our anniversary celebration memorable with amazing food and good service.

The massage facility available at the property is a scam. They are no professional masseuse, just some localities who do not know anything about massage and the charges are way too high. Also they will massage only half of the total time booked for massage and it becomes difficult to communicate with them. Other thing that we didn’t like about the property was that the rooms were not maintained properly. Drawers and cupboards were not clean. Couple of doors were not properly functional. Lizards were roaming in the cottage.

Beautiful property and room in a quiet area right on the water. Dinner and breakfast were served on my private balcony at the time of my choosing, enabling COVID safe dinning and an excellent dinning experience.

Everything! A mesmerising property that was just what we were looking for to unwind and enjoy a restful time. Only regret is that we couldn't return for another day.
