The building was well situated with great views over the surrounding fields and Lymington only a mile away. The hosts were friendly and helpful as well.

Breakfast was not included. The location was perfect for visiting other areas of the New Forest, small towns, villages and the coast. It was so peaceful, and the only neighbours very close to us were the two horses in the field rear of the property. It was magical.

There really wasn't anything to dislike. If anything it would be the wifi, as it was hit or miss because the signal was weak. It was slightly (and I mean very slightly) disappointing, but no where near enough to spoil our holiday.

The accommodation was exceptional with lots character and charm. Great location with lots to see and do.

A stunning location which is very private despite being on the grounds of the owners house. Very clean and cosy and within close driving distance to nearby towns.

Awful weather when we arrived but the owner had already lit the log burner. Each day he came and cleaned the fire out and relaid it, and continually asked if we had enough logs. The premises are cosy and clean and exceptionally well equipped. Will definitely use again.

The property is secluded within owners grounds, looks out on fields 3 sides, large gardens other. Side to path has high hedge. Very clean, comfortable all one could wish for for a quiet break. Heating by woodburner. Thanks to Bill who re-laid it daily whilst we were out, came home to a freshly lit fire. Great location, near to two towns. Not far off main road, but with a 'miles from anywhere' felling. Excellent property. Nice to see deer roaming past the kitchen window first thing in the morning!

Again, we were very comfortable with everything
