I liked everything, it was quiet place and quiet neighborhood. It was also close to university and grocery shops. Everything was fine. The owner was extremely kind and hospitable person.

Worth place I have ever been to. Asked for cash/e-transfer and no receipt. Personal house was turned into motel with absolutely horrible kitchen/bathroom. He couldn't even speak English. Very expensive compare to value.

As it's a residence the room's were very clean and comfortable. From the 3 bedrooms upstairs we had 2 of the smaller rooms for a family of 4 and the washroom was outside to be shared. The host was very friendly and tried to help. Location is good. Parking in the driveway, if you come late parking is on the road. House has no other houses behind it. Towels were provided. Kitchen was available for use if needed.

The walls are not sound proofed so you can hear the people in the other rooms. The 3rd room on our floor had guests 2 of the 3 nights we were there and they would be talking/singing until 3am. We used the property only to sleep and that was not possible for both those nights. I think the host should put a set of rules in each room requesting people quiet down by a certain time in consideration of others. The hostess didn't speak English at all, used a translation app to communicate. It was difficult but we managed.
