It was very cold - the heating took a very long time to warm the place through - although it was an exceptionally cold spell of weather.

The location is perfect. Overlooking the Town only 5 minutes walk to the centre. The location is quiet as elevated away from the roads.
This is an annex to the property but is still roomy with 2 bedrooms, decent sized lounge and kitchen.
Parking is available in front of the property but does involve backing up a winding access road.
A beautiful view over the valley.
The property looks like it has a few damp issues, flaking paint, but to be expected in an old property.
Some of the furnishings could do with renewing eg coffee table, carpet slightly stained but overall it is a nice property just needs a bit of a spruce up.

Although it is advertised, there is no actual practical dedicated parking.
The vehicular access can be hazardous - No turning circle - meaning you need to reverse on to a busy main road on a hairpin bend. Would have preferred this knowledge upfront.

The views were amazing over the town and valley. Comfy beds and a good shower . Kitchen well equipped . I don’t want to put this in the negative part as it is explained on the information but if you do have mobility issues there are steep steps or rugged path up to the property.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable and well equipped flat. Loved the balcony. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Sad to only stay for one night - would happily return and stay for longer.
I wish I was fitter for going up and down all those steps and hills!

It’s a little difficult to find and park at. Fortunately the location instructions from the host were excellent and we found somewhere to park.

We could only stay for 1 night which was a shame as Hebden Bridge is a lovely place. Really comfy property close to amenities. Great views from balcony. Lack of parking outside the property was the only slight negative but a reasonably priced pay and display was only across the road.

Parking is more than a little tricky, with no turning space at the top, so you have to be prepared to either back up, or back down a steep, narrow, curved driveway! Also don’t try and locate it using the post code

Lovely location. Loved the accommodation . Needs really comfy and it really was home from home.
It would have been nice to maybe have some milk, brown sauce etc. Just some basics but there was tea, coffee, hot chocolate etc. I did notice a big stain on the carpet which was a shame and some damp downstairs. Small niggles as on the whole it was lovely.

the parking was really hard.Having to reverse down a really narrow lane onto a main road against the traffic was not good.The side roads were full so couldn’t park anywhere else .I wouldn’t recommend going there by car.we will go by train next time
