Gorgeous place, comfy bed, fab shower, wonderful views, great breakfast, the pastries particularly tasty, we arrived at 2:30am due to driving all night with our greyhound and they were so dog friendly and accommodating. Would love to stay again

La parte moderna era carina, peccato sembrasse una struttura fantasma perché non c’era mai nessuno dell’hotel lì. Il bagno in camera era pulito

La struttura era separata in due edifici. Da una parte la reception e dall’altra una struttura più nuova e carina in cui c’erano gli appartamenti e la piscina con la piccola sauna. Quindi era strutturato abbastanza male perché per andare in piscina dovevi uscire al freddo e rientrare nell’altra struttura. In più nonostante noi pernottassimo nella struttura della reception, l’ingresso era da un’altra porta esterna quindi anch’essi scollegati. L’acqua della piscina era fredda e la struttura vecchia, piena di manutenzioni da fare; la porta antincendio era rotta, non si chiudeva, quindi rendeva il posto freddo. Nella stanza c’era continuamente puzza di chiuso e la notte faceva caldissimo, tant’è che non riuscivi a dormire.

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff and very clean room, we enjoyed our time here. The bed was comfortable. We didn't have time to use the pool so would like to try next time.

The breakfast was great, but the restaurant space was a little bit crowded. I think it'll be improved by re-arranging the breakfast display tables.

We stayed in new part of the hotel with excellent facilities, staff was very friendly, breakfast with many choices, wonderful view from restaurant terasse at Mont Blanc, Charmonix only 20 min drive.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Facilities were very relaxing (pool and sauna). Restaurant was excellent, the ambience and the food. I would love to go again!

-Great location , nice room with mountain view. Loved the little terrace from our room ,listening to the water feature -lots of parking spots - enjoyed the warm spa/ swimming pool - the best beds and bedding i have seen so far!! - lovely breakfast- enough choice for everyone and loved the relaxing music played in the background - all staff were very welcoming and friendly

Auberge de l'Orangerie is in a great location if you need a stop immediately before or after the Mont Blanc Tunnel. The room was modern and the balcony much appreciated in August.

It was disappointing that the restaurant was not open in the height of summer when there would have been plenty of trade.

Due to heavy traffic (wating queues in the Mont Blanc tunnel in Italy), we arrived late. We informed the reception desk on our late arrival time (beyond the closing time of the restaurant), and 2 young gentlemen at the reception desk took care of providing a dinner in the room. Very nice service ! The room was modern, nice, and clean,. The beds were great, and the room had a nice terrace. We hope to have more time to enjoy the facilities of the hotel next time.

Spacious room, very clean and had 2 bowls for our doggies.

Got quite warm over night and there was no ac. There was a fan but it was too noisy. There was no coffee maker or kettle in the room. Lastly breakfast area was full of flies and quite off putting.

Everything was perfect. The breakfast open buffet organization was amazing. The staff from hotel were very friendly. They accepted all our wishes and requests. Our children loved the hotel so much. Specially the Spa area. Highly recommended.

The view from the room is just unmatched for!

The hotel staff are extremely unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. The hotel is situated far from the city with NO means of proper transportation and the hotel staff do not help at all even to get a cab! There is no Uber here either. Moreover the hotel is always closed for lunch and the food for dinner is very average and not worth the price.
