Le manque de propreté. Le mauvais entretien de la salle de bains. Fuite d’eau de la pomme de douche porte de douche difficile à fermer. Battant des wc mal fixé le sol mal nettoyé

The location is near to the beach and close to very good restaurants! The room was beautiful and clean, the bed are comfortable and we slept very well! The breakfast is rich and very special! We will come back for sure

Great location but the rooms felt claustrophobic no natural light as they didn’t having any windows aside from one tiny one.
The staff was rude especially the restaurant staff. Will joy be coming back or recommend this place.

I found the staff to be inconsistent in their friendliness. Reading through other comments, it seems I'm not the only one who felt this way. There were instances where greetings were not reciprocated by the manager or front desk staff. Additionally, when I inquired about the complimentary water in the room, some staff members reacted with laughter which I found to be unprofessional. I was also disappointed during breakfast when, despite seeing several available tables, I was told they were reserved but remained unoccupied throughout. When asked about more water in the room and if we could buy, they said that they already gave 2 as we were not allowed to be thirsty again. After conplaint, they brought us water (ps: i called service room number on the phone in the room. What should service room be for?). Clearly there are preferences of treatment that should be addressed urgently. The hotel manager interrupted me twice while I was speaking to the staff, clearly a sign of disrespect. I hope the hotel management addresses these concerns for a better guest experience in the future. Definitely not a recommended hotel

The breakfast is amazing! They have a very extensive buffet with so many choices of fresh food to choose from. You also may order a meal off the menu and have a beautiful coffee or tea. Fresh juices are served also!
The room size. We knew that it was going to be small so we just dealt with it. One thing the hotel could do is move the bed to touch the wall so it isn't centered in the room. This would give more floor space for suitcases.

we were upgraded from the loft since the air-con was broken, and I glad we have.

Hotel is in an excellent location with the most amazing breakfast I had ever eaten. Rooms are cleaned daily and staff are helpful.

From the minute you walk in you get an amazing vibe. There is pure life at this hotel. Staff was amazing. They helped me arrange anything: taxis, yoga classes, travel arrangements, and more. They never said no! The rooms were clean and modern. Even the cleaning staff greeted me with a warm smile. The gym was perfect. The restaurant, food and staff were top notch. It’s a block away from the beach. Last but not least, the hotel manager, Gili. She was always there for me. From an expression in the morning to making sure my guests were welcomed at the restaurant at night. Thank you Mendeli team- you will definitely see me soon AGAIN!

Didn’t like the breakfast selection that much, there should be a bit more continental as they have a lot of foreigners especially British tourist. So maybe a English style breakfast.
everything went as planned, i got upgraded to better room on arrival and staff were amazing, only issue is they booked a taxi for me from the hotel to the airport after i told the receptionist that i do not have cash and can only pay with credit card, she told me if i book with the hotel i will only pay by credit card. On arrival at airport the driver insisted on cash and gave some excuse about his card reader not working, I felt stranded and helpless and had to call my family back hom,e for money in my debit card so i can withdraw and pay. They need to look into there taxi drivers.

We have stayed at the Mendeli before, and chose to come here for a birthday weekend because the food at Mashya is so good. Our stay was very pleasant, and our breakfasts were wonderful (especially as we were brought glasses of champagne -- presumably because of our birthday celebration)! Staff were courteous and helpful, but I must single out Ma'or at the reception desk on Thursday/Friday, and Ela, our delightful waitress at breakfast on Friday morning, both of whom were exceptional. Our room was clean and comfortable.
We had stayed in a "basic" room before, so knew it would be small and rather cramped. I would like to suggest adding hooks for hanging clothes or bags on the wall in the entrance (opposite the bathroom), and maybe a narrow shelf or two, to add accessible "storage" to the room (getting things in and out of the cupboard is awkward, and the space on the table below the window very limited). Moreover, a small shelf unit could be put next to the "chair" under the table. I attach photos below of the areas where hooks or shelves could be placed.

It was close to the beach and had a fabulous restaurant on site. The aircon worked well and our room was quiet and comfortable.

My stay was perfect I had a good size room with excellent amenities. The staff is very caring, especially Max and Alon from the front desk. Everything I asked for was brought up immediately. Breakfast was a great highlight of the hotel (it is a chef restaurant) superb food.
