The housekeeping team did an outstanding job, ensuring that everything was perfect throughout my stay. The hotel’s location is ideal, situated in a vibrant part of Amman. The concierge was incredibly helpful in providing recommendations and arranging transportation. The facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and provided a great way to unwind after a day of exploring the city. I received a free upgrade to a junior suite. It was clean, spacious, and beautiful. I felt comfortable and enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was great and catered to my taste. It was centrally located near my workplace. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

The hotel is located in a very central area close to everything and at the same time the area is relatively quiet. Right near the hotel’s entrance there is a big grocery shop, few meters ahead there is a pharmacy, a hairdresser, two good restaurants and a very delicious bakery shop. The staff were very welcoming and at the service of all customers. We were a family of five and got two big connected rooms which was very convenient. The breakfast was very good with a good selection of food. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The toiletries did not only include the basic soaps and shampoo but also shaving kits and toothbrushes etc…things we don’t always get in other five star hotels.

There is a smell of cigarettes once we enter the rooms. However, with the ac on the smell goes away. I think this is not the hotel’s mistake cause it seems some customers smoke inside the rooms
