El restaurant es increíble! los platos son grandes, buena relación precio calidad. La decoración del hotel es preciosa, las habitaciones amplias, ricas camas y ropa de cama. Había harto ruido en nuestro piso (al parecer una despedida de soltera) pedimos cambios y de inmediato nos cambiaron a otro piso en una habitación muy tranquila. Lo que si se extraña es el frigobar, y por el precio que se se paga la bata y pantuflas siempre son bienvenidas :) Seria increíble que contará con un spa o que hagan masajes sobre todo en invierno que no se puede disfrutar la piscina. Destaco la amabilidad de todo el personal un 10!

Da localização e do tamanho e conforto dos quartos.

Atendimento dos funcionários, principalmente da recepção. Mais de uma vez pedi algo e não fui atendida. O café da manhã é sempre o mesmo, não tem variedade nem nas opções de frutas e sucos. Um dos motivos da reserva neste hotel, foi ter piscina e chegando lá disseram que ela não poderia ser usada, pois estava fechada esta época do ano (informação que não foi dada na reserva!!!).

O hotel é bastante aconchegante. As instalações são novas e bem cuidadas, tudo parece funcionar bem. Staff é atencioso e pronto para te atender da melhor forma. Café da manhã é excelente, com muitas opções veganas/vegetarianas. Pratos do restaurante são muito saborosos e bem preparados. Estacionamento amplo e seguro.

The staff was quite unattentive. On my way in and on my way out I was visibly struggling with my three roller bags and noone could be bothered to break up their chat circle or look up from their phone to lend a hand.

The hotel is located just off a major thoroughfare. The hotel rooms were nice, not exceptional. What was exceptional was the restaurant, the food was interesting and very good. There was really no reason to look elsewhere for dinner, which is a major plus after a full day of touring. The staff was excellent, not many english speakers but it worked out well.

The rooms, but they were more than adequate and the restaurant more than made up for what the rooms lacked.

Rooms: the rooms are very comfortable. the bed was comfortable, good wifi, several usb outlets, and the shower had adequate water pressure. Breakfast: nice assortment of different foods including meats, cheeses, breads, granola, yogurts, and fresh fruits. At breakfast, other types of coffee aside from filtered coffee can be ordered in addition to eggs. No one specifically told me or asked me if I wanted to order anything else (I saw other people doing it). So, if you need something stronger than the weak filtered coffee that they serve, go for it. 😊 Outdoor patio/pool: There are a few lounge chairs that are set up by the pool where you can relax. It’s rather small but it never got too crowded. I spent a few hours relaxing the first day I arrived and enjoyed the warm sunshine.

The hotel is located in a nice and secure location although it’s a bit far from the city center. I managed with Uber or walking but would suggest giving yourself extra time to get places given the traffic. I had one meal at the hotel restaurant and thought it was just okay. I also tried the restaurant that is attached to the hotel (Casa Sanz). Their mushroom risotto dish was tasty and the servers were attentive.

We loved the service, location, and dining options available. Great views with lots of natural light, and the bed was very comfortable. It was a wonderful stay that exceeded expectations.

The bedding was too heavy for summer - a lighter quilt would have been great.

Everything was perfect - a beautiful place nested in a beautiful area in Santiago. You have nice places to go for a run in the proximity. The courtyard is a perfect place for relaxation.
