The stuff of the hotel were very kind and professional... BUT the dinner (+Lunch) was Untopable, the desserts was 🍧🍮🍰🍮 unbelievable delicious😋
I stay just 5 days 😭😅

Everything else; this hotel is in serious need of a refurbishment. Drinks were awful - Pepsi tasted like some sort of medicine, the only beverage you could drink was beer. Maintenance non existent, beds by the beach broken and dirty, showers by the pool dirty - stairs leading to the pool always wet as some leak coming from the pool plant room flooding the stairs. Too many kids screaming and running around.

Hotel is very very decent with very pleasant staff. Clean and good variety off food choices although food is too spiced up (for my taste). Hotel provides a lot of animation for kids and adults too.
Hotel is noisy! Guests are very low profile, very loud and messy. Hotel Beach needs a LOT of improvement. ONLY the room with the sea view is acceptable (for me)

Horrendous, not like the pictures at all food inedible and hotel filthy and smelly, bed rock hard and loud German music on until late, very run down and dirty facilities and the beach is dirty and smells of raw sewerage, staff unfriendly and don’t speak much English, not even a toaster for breakfast, stayed for 6 days and had to eat out the food is that bad

Nice pool. Nice room. Beautiful view of sea an pool. Cleaner for our room super nice, our room was so clean an frsh towels everyday. Photography man takes photos during your stay ozzy, so nice. I recommend doing sunset photos with him. Amazing photos. Worth it. Tio
Tip, wear something not too nice, or wear something dark. He asks you too lie on sand an get in sea for photos. So u get very sandy an wet. But worth it. On plus side taxis cheap an so easy to get outside hotel as nothing outside of hotel to do
Carpets very dirty in hallways going to rooms. Beach filthy, rubbish, seaweed an dog feces. Social distance very bad in restaurant an que for bar. No que. Everyone standing close to one another. Nearly all guests, no masks. No temps checked on entry of hotel. I didn't feel safe in hotel regarding covid. I would not stay here again. Food not great either. Beach huge disappointment. We stayed by pool. Lifts a disaster. Wait long time, 2 max in lift, guests get annoyed because I had to tell them they can't come in, only 2 max, which waa myself an partner. No masks on other guests.
