- Rooms already a little aged and small & simple (but bathrooms have been renovated recently)
- A little "off spot", not too much around in walking distance of the hotel
- Hotel located in south east of Crete, so quite a distance to most of the sightseeing highlights

Hotel pool bar and restaurant not great, over expensive and poor service. Recommend walking 10 mins down the beach to Vasili's (Alatsi?) place for dinner which is better than than the beach bar or next door tavern

Exceptionally friendly and cheerful staff, great breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms. Lovely position close to beach, good sunbeds and lovely beachside restaurant serving some interesting non-traditional meals. Several other options for food only a minute or two away. We had a lovely holiday and plan to return.

above all is the human factor
everyone is so polite and attentive so it’s hard not to like
so we keep coming back …
maybe a better poolside but with this beach …

Everything, the location, the best sevice, the beach , the pelagos restaurent which one of the kind the view, the room, breakfest so good. Highly recomended, we come every year and it just getting better

Great option to stay in Crete. The breakfast awesome, with a variety of food and every day is changing the options. Natural fruit juices! The beach in front of the hotel is great and the best restaurants are in this zone! The staff of the hotel is very nice and friendly!

Lovely place, great tranquil location. The staff is very friendly and the food was great! They also catered for the Corona situation very well and took great care to keep guests and staff safe! Thank you

The hotel is perfectly located for those that are looking to get away and relax. There are 3 excellent restaurants in short walking distance over-looking the water. The water is crystal clear and nice for snorkeling. The room we had was recently renovated and a good size. Overall we had a wonderful romantic time at the hotel.

The staff are really sympathetic. Breakfast is great. Hotel has an amazing beach, it is really clean and quiet. One of the best beaches in this area actually, great to spend a day there. There is also a restaurant on the beach connected to the hotel, which is excellent: great food, elegant und cozy. The restaurant also has the best coffee in this area.
The rooms are quite standard, which is not bad, but they could've been cozier. Coffee at breakfast time could've also been better.

-Great location. . -Beautiful beach with free beach towels and sunbeds. -Very kind and helpful staff, especially the two girls from the reception, Maria and Mania. -The room we stayed in,room 307,was brand new and very clean.Also the sea view from the balcony was perfect. -The seaside restaurant,called ‘Pelagos’, is probably the best restaurant in the whole area.
-The wifi reception and speed,almost in every area of the hotel,was terrible.
