El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, cerca a transporte publico, bancos y restaurantes. Las habitaciones son amplias y las camas muy comodas. El desayuno variado y delicioso.

Great customer service at the reception. They were kind and helpful. The room was very spacious and they supplied a nice crib for our baby. Mini bar and fridge in the room. The breakfast was great with a lot of options. Fruits, eggs, cereals, fresh juices you name it.

Would like to have stayed longer :-)

O hotel fica em boa localização central, próximo a restaurantes e bares. O quarto era muito confortável, com cama king size, frigobar, televisão, sofá cama e mesa pequena para trabalhar. Achei a cama super confortável e, no geral, excelente em relação custo-benefício.

O chuveiro tinha pouquíssima pressão e demorava horrores pra esquentar, as vezes esfriando-esquentando durante o próprio banho. Dormi apenas uma noite mas, na manhã que acordei, estavam realizando uma obra desde bem cedo.

Het was super schoon en het personeel heel vriendelijk en stond altijd voor ons klaar. De kamer was erg ruim wat ook heel prettig was.

Ze zeiden eerst dat we te weinig hadden betaald (door een fout van het personeel). Toen hebben we nog bijbetaald. Toen we hadden uitgecheckt en inmiddels op het vliegveld waren, kregen we nog een bericht dat we nog meer moesten bijbetalen. Dit was gewoon erg slordig van het personeel. Maar voor de rest hebben we een heel fijn verblijf gehad.

El edificio en el que me ubicaron está en construcción o remodelación, por lo tanto escuché trabajos de obra desde las 8 de la mañana. Nos cambiaron de habitación pero estas no están insonorisadas, podíamos escuchar muchos ruidos en la noche: niños llorando y llegada de otros huéspedes a altas horas de la noche, además del pitido de una alarma de incendios a la que la batería se le está acabando.

O quarto em que ficamos (melhor do que o que reservamos) era muito grande e bonito. A cama é muito confortável e o chuveiro é quentinho e ótimo. Tinha uma pequena cozinha onde foi possível preparar nosso café da manhã, uma sala de estar e uma área externa térrea cheia de plantas, além de muitos armários. Ficamos positivamente surpreendidos. A região não é muito agitada, mas tem muitas opções de restaurantes, farmácias e pequenos mercados. É muito fácil utilizar o transporte público dali.

A TV não é smart e não conseguimos conectar o Chrome Cast porque não dava para ligar na tomada. Mas para nós nem chegou a ser um incômodo, a estadia foi perfeita.

This hotel was amazing! I have no complaints. I am very picky when it comes to hotels but this hotel is 10/10 we were there for about 10 nights and the staff was very accommodating, the room was very spacious and with a little noise machine we brought, we slept perfect! When I am back in Bogota I will make sure to stay here.

WiFi was pretty bad.

Great location - walking distance to great brunch and dinner spots. Fairly standard hotel rooms, as shown in photos. Safe in neighbourhood.

Space Staff Breakfast

The employees at the hotel are very courteous and try to help in any way they can. The room of 25sqm was spacious enough not to feel cramped in. The bed was really very comfortable with a fantastic matrace. The buffet was diverse, however not very international. Most of the food was catering to the typical Colombian breakfast. For what it was, it was very good. Fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, two juices. They could invest in a coffee machine that dispenses freshly made coffee, rather than having a thermos for the hot beverages. Overall, for the price paid, it is a good choice.

The hotel claims on its Information site that people at the reception speak English and Spanish. But in reality, they do not. I have not encountered any person working for the hotel, who could hold a conversation in English. They know some words. Thank god I also speak some Spanish. What was very unpleasant was that for several days there was a large group of people, all from the same company, that spent a conference week at this hotel. They were very noisy. The architecture doesn't help, since all rooms in that building are arranged around the staircase without any sound protection. In other words, if there is a party in any room, the restaurant or people are talking to each other in the staircase, it is like a megaphone. One night they partied until 1:00 am, it was a weeknight and it was impossible to sleep. It took calling the receptionist three times before it finally ended. It was not handled well by the receptionist. The hotel manager was kind enough to listen to the complaint, didn't offer any discounts, nor a free meal, etc. That was somewhat disappointing. Also, one set of rooms has its windows to the backside, and the view is very trist, you are looking at concrete walls mostly.

The location is perfect. Its right between a busy entertainment area and quiet upmarket business travel zone. It has the best of both worlds. The space of the apartment is great for its prices. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. Can't really fault them.

The decorations were a bit on the tired side. It's all functional just needs a refresh. The toilet gets blocked easily without improper use. It was a small surprise that using the dish washing sponge and cloth is a minibar item. Not extortionate 8k (£1.6) but was surprised to get charged for that.
