Breakfast was excellent. Hostel is conveniently located for Central tourism.

As I'm over 6ft tall I found the roof in my room a little low. Although the room itself was really nice and the VELUX windows provided a great view of the sky.

This property was ok for a single night. The internet worked and there was a quiet outdoor area outside of our room. Room was an ok size.

We were in room #1, which was outside of the main building. The room definitely needed some updates. Pictures show food being served, though we never saw anybody who worked at the location and definitely no food or even coffee. Bathroom and shower were old. If we had it to do over, we would find another place to stay.

Rooms very small. Upstairs already hot on June 1st. Shower was a disaster. Breakfast starts at 9am

Except for a quick hello when we were leaving, no chance to meet any of the 3 sisters while we were staying in the facility. It was hard to find the place, and parking is almost nil in the area. But the facility itself made us feel safe and comfortable. I felt safe there. Rather close to the Shrine, but not too many good choices for food nearby.

Need better and timely communication from owners or staff about directions, etc.

We had an incredible stay after walking the a Camino and this was our last stay upon our arrival at Santiago de Compostela. We loved everything about it.

No negative points, however the location is a little way out of the centre, but very much worth the walk. I will be staying again next time.

Room was small, shower was very small, difficult to get in and out of. About a 15 minute walk to the main areas of Santiago.

The friendly owner & staffs are all with nice gesture to satisfy customer needs. The quiet neighborhood with top rated restaurant. Very good breakfast to start a good morning.

This place was amazing! It was hard to believe it is a hostal. Beds were so very comfie, soundproof doors and walls, many beautifully done breakfast options, incredibly clean and fresh looking! An intriguing old building with lovely indoors sitting area. The best part was the delightful helpful and positive hosts! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It’s a pretty 12-14 min. walk to the Cathedral.

I liked everything

The hosts were very friendly and showed us the tortoises in the garden. The place is only a short walk from the city center and was very clean - would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay here, very warm and welcoming staff, including a surprise cake withe candle for my husband's birthday.

This hotel was conveniently located a 15-20 minute walk from many of the major attractions in Santiago, and is a great deeal for value. The staff of the hotel were amazing, and excellent communicators. We receied all of the information that we needed for an easy and convenient check-in the day-of. The breakfast served here is great, and is a fun opportunity to get to know the owners of this gem of a hotel. Santiago has been hosting visitors for well over a thousand years, and the owners of this hotel are the perfect example of the generous and kind hospitality that this city offers.

If the owners wanted to upgrade anything in the hotel, I would recommend that they upgrade the mattresses in the rooms. Everything else was very comfortable.

New hostal. Beautiful looking. I had a quick stay over but I enjoyed the room. I only used the property to sleep and have a lovely shower after reaching Santiago walking the Camino.
