Comfy bed, clean, desk that is useful if working remotely as I was. Flexibility around departure time. Very good value for money. Great coffee and cake shop downstairs!

A little bit of noise from the corridors but not too much. 10 minute walk to the old town, might be an issue for some.

Location was good and parking was big also the apartma had everything we needed.

Communication with the owners was not so good, due to lack of knowledge of English.

The location was excellent! We could explore the city by foot. Additionally, the staff was very kind and helpful. The room got cleaned everyday.

The sofa that you can turn to a bed was noisy and uncomfortable. And the air conditioner was too loud and sometimes it stopped working.

Centralised and clean. Also modern and excellent location. Well done, we will be back again.

First of all : check in times states 11am to 00.00 (midnight) arrived there at 22.30 and there was nobody on reception, we couldn’t get access to the apartment; called the “emergency number” they only speak Italian, they hanged up the phone of me 2 times (tried to explain myself in Spanish and in English ) Nobody gave us an explanation or an apology. After 1h 30 min calling , someone else said in our 20 phone call: wait 5 min; and a nice lady opened the door and let us in the facilities . Room extremely hot (even if outside was around 10 degrees ) No hot water in the shower Next morning when we explained the situation to the person in reception her answer was : I only work morning shift , so I can’t tell you why there was nobody at 22.30 to check in . A disaster ! Completely disaster There’s a lot of accommodations in Tripani ! Don’t book this one!

The lady at reception was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful! Location was great! We've been to quite a few cities in Sicily and Trapani was our favourite! It's about a 10-15 minute walk from the cafe, beach and lots of restaurants and bars to choose from! Also a lot of bakeries and shops around. You can either privately park your car at the back of the hotel for a fee or there is a road close by where you can do it for free. Breakfast was quite simple but it was alright :-) room and bathroom was nice with good aircon. Overall good value for money!

Bed was quite hard and it was two singles put together. I would recommend getting a room with balcony as well :)
