Breakfast menu was excellent and delicious. Bedroom was cosy and the bed was very comfortable

Location was great as we travelled from Armagh for a family wedding and the day 2 was a couple of doors up in the thatched cottage so was handy
We phoned to discuss a matter that we had, boy on the phone wasn’t great, said he already had one cancel today which wasn’t anything to do with us so not my problem, he then said the money would automatically come from the bank account linked if we cancelled bare in mind I hadent yet cancelled,I had also said I was paying cash on arrival as I had euros, I wanted to sort out some things back home and within 10 mins I got back to them and said all was good I was coming, we arrived to the venue and the man had already took payment out of my card because he was afraid of me not coming! I don’t agree with this as I was paying cash and hadent cancelled my stay!

Spotlessly clean. Super comfortable bed. Wonderful shower. Lovely hosts. The peace & quiet. Varied breakfast choices.
I know lace or voile on windows are passé, but I'd have liked something for privacy that let the light through instead of having to pull the heavy curtains. Room was next the front door.

Wonderful hosts and a flawlessly maintained B&B - I can't fault the place at all! Breakfasts were plentiful, hearty and served excellently. Located in a quiet village, the nearby pub was also lovely and a it's very easy drive into the nearby town of Nenagh. Thank you Mary & William.
There really were no areas of improvement at all. Thank you for a lovely stay!

easy to find, good parking. spotlessly clean room, a bit on the small side but great use of space with drawers and wardrobe so it mean we could put everything away. comfy beds, nice bed linen.

Our room was roomy and clean. B&B was a great location! Excellent Irish breakfast! William and his wife very professional and kind!
Only thing that could have improved our stay was a fan in the room. Room was warm from the sun. Bedroom door had to be left open to get a breeze.

Location is in walking distance to a good pub/restaurant(no need to drive), there is a nearby(~3miles) fishing canal for trout.
Walk instructrions or lack of them, as in what room is it ok to walk in. Some labels to instruct where breakfast is serverd I believe that are needed.

A beautiful house with a warm and welcoming host. I stayed here to cycle the RNLI lap the lake charity cycle. Definitely hope to stay again.
