Central location, great views overlooking the Lake. Large, spacious room , excellent shower, pleasant helpful staff. Breakfast was very nice

Hotel is in pedestrian zone but as we thought we were able to park on site we drove on regardless ( which no doubt annoyed everyone) We were given a parking permit for which we were charged a refundable €20 and given the address of a car park around 10 mins walk away. In temperatures of 30 + degrees we were not impressed to have to walk back in that heat with our suitcases. No lift to reception on first floor but there is a lift from first floor to second.
The hotel is lovely but not great for anyone with mobility issues

Top located with lovely staff. Dog friendly, even with two (big) dogs. Very good breakfast with everything you need. The restaurant is great - we definitely will come back.

Located right on the edge of the Lake, small 6 room hotel with good restaurant attached providing an excellent buffet style breakfast, served in the outdoor space adjacent to harbour. 200 metres to Ferry or Bus. Wide choice of restaurants on the doorstep. English speaking, professional and attentive staff, relaxed atmosphere.
One of the few hotels that stays open all year. Good wifi throughout the room and outdoors area, just check you have connected the right one as the hotel has several SSIDs, one of which is for staff use only.

Excellent location, fantastic little hotel with history. Very hospitable staff, excellent and spacious room, very nice facilities. Quiet at night, despite central location. Very nice breakfast buffet.

Great location on the lake near all the restaurants, very friendly and helpful staff. Interesting design , high.ceiling, decent breakfest, big bed, comfy shower and good double windows blocking all the noise.

Great hotel with excellent location on lake Garda. Clean room, very comfortable bed. Very good restaurant with marvelous location and view.
Parking is not allowed nearby as hotel is located in pedestrian zone. But nevertheless free parking available 10 min walking distance.

Owner/Receptionist were not reachable and I had hard time getting information for landing and car parking even though hotel have some arrangements with parking (5-10mins walk).
Parking related info can be provided in advance with booking confirmation or published on website upfront to avoid this issue.

The location is great, with amazing views of the lake.
Breakfast was ok, but service was a little distracted.

Maybe the double bed wasn't great, because it had a decor in the middle, so you had to be careful not to hit your head at night.
The room was spacious and modern. It was really a great stay. The bathroom was modern and clean. The view was on the lake.

Great Location, amazing breakfast in the Little Restaurant below directly at the lake. Close to everything :) parking a bit distant but that’s not an issue because you get the most beautiful setting right in the old town as well as very nice hosts as a reward :) thank you!
Nothing really, Mattress is quite hard which for us was good but if you prefer very soft beds this might be a disadvantage for you

Unbeatable location for Garda town, view of lake from room was amazing. Had best meal of the holiday at the hotels own restaurant.

It is right on the lakefront with alot of little restaurants and cafés just infront. But the windows were very soundproof! Beautiful views of the lake to wake up to. Great breakfast! Very friendly and helpful staff.

the owner is nice, the location is in the centrum. The parking spot is okay, a little far away, when you have a family with children and some baggage (600m) and you have to pay in addition. The restaurant in the hotel is good and the breakfast was perfect!
the walls are old, the bath room is moldy, the water does not drain well on the shower place and the air condition cannot cooling the room. The room was not very clean in time of Corona. Because my foods was dirty after the first shower, when I went to the bed. I found lot of dust flakes under the bed and some black hairs on the bed and on the pillow.
