La televisió només es veien canals en alemany, El interlocutor de l'apartament, ens va dir que vindria un tècnic i encara l' esperem, no és que anem de vacances a veure la TV però a la nit si vols mirar una película o el nen uns dibuixos és impossible.
Potser haurien de fer-ho constar al anunci que la TV es només en alemany o com a mínim millorar el servei d'atenció al client. Aire condicionat a totes les habitacions no és correcte només hi ha a una.

posizione eccellente, bella la piscina e il contesto. La struttura è molto bella e tenuta bene.
La casa è grande e consegnata pulita.
Ottimo il cambio asciugamani. Proprietari disponibili, non celerissimi nelle risposte, ma disponibili.
La cucina è tanto piccola, soprattutto per una casa ipotizzata per ospitare fino a 6 persone. Sarebbe da ingrandire.
Il bagno cieco senza nemmeno una ventola di aerazione è un limite, sempre se pensato in ottica 6 persone.
I muri confinanti con le altre case sembrano non esistere. Qui va alla fortuna di chi ti trovi affianco.
Abbiamo dovuto comprare noi carta igienica e prodotti per lavare i pavimenti perché in casa non c'era nulla.

The property was clean and comfortable, pool area was always clean. about 10 minutes walk from the beach front, plenty of parking space or taxi service was amazing. amazing views from the second floor

Excellent pool which is heated, very well kept garden and sunbathing area. Spacious rooms.Large balcony with great view, sun beds, table and chairs. Free wifi. Free use of washing machine and drier. Two bottles of water on arrival.
Welcome instructions folder… no instructions how to use the safe. Wifi instructions were incorrect and took me a while to work out the password (room B3). Location of communal washing machine not mentioned.arrived late in darkness..no info of nearest shop, no welcome pack I.e milk, tea bags.kitchen and bathroom need updating.

Fabulous apartments, lots of space, large balcony. Quiet, no sunbed wars, lovely pool area with tables with parasols to eat...nearest supermarket, pub/food 10+ min walk. Quuet location.
We are regular visitors to costa teguise and normally stay in the centre for easy access to bars, resturants, walk to the centre is a good 20+ min brisk walk. Taxi is 3.50 euro.

This was our fourth stay at Golf y Mar and it’s perfect for us - great location, sea view, good facilities, relaxing and well managed.

Location was beautiful the view from apartment was absolutely stunning
A 20 min walk from main square which we didn’t mind but not ideal for people who don’t like/find it difficult to walk.

The complex is small and so you had the pool to yourself most of the time. The room was quite large and the beds comfortable.
The bath had a rusty plughole and the place is slightly remote although I knew that before coming.

The apartment was very spacious, with two good-sized bedrooms, kitchen, living area and a fabulous sun room looking out towards the sea. The pool was a good size, especially considering there are only eight apartments in the complex. The walk to central Costa Teguise took about 20 mins and didn't feel too far.
The new build next to the complex didn't cause any issues. It is very quiet and doesn't overlook the apartments.
The apartment was slightly tired looking, though it was fine with us. It would have been nice to have some essentials on arrival, like cooking oil, waste bags etc, to save having each new group having to buy these.

Jose and staff are all superb. This is our 2nd stay and without doubt we will be back. Far enough outside of all the noise but close enough to the beach and amenities.

Excellent location just outside the main town, quiet, spacious, easy street parking, with a nice pool and incredible balcony. Smooth contactless check in, perfect kitchen for light meals in.

Good location, 15 minute walk to Bastian Beach a further 10 minutes to other beaches and main resort.
Nice pool area, well maintained, plenty of sun beds. Nice restaurant directly below hotel. Manager Jose really helpful with late checkout and arranging taxi.
Bathroom and kitchen a bit tired and in need of updating. Only Spanish and German information packs available, but managed to muddle through. Although there was large TV, the only English channel was Sky news, predominantly Spanish/ German channels.

Very clean property in a quiet and nice location, facing the sea. The swimming pool is clean and the best thing with it is heated.

The pool was warm and the terrace were nice. The flat was spacious.
The administrative paperwork had to be submitted 3 times on different platforms.
The landlord was not very flexible on the departure time while the cleaning lady did not come in the morning.

Great apartments! Very easy booking and check in. Lots of kitchen amenities and a patio to hang clothes. Great terrace. The beds are very comfortable, lots of natural light, also in the bathroom. Small pool but enough to a quick refresh.
The sofas are a little outdated.
