Mooie locatie vlak bij het strand en met restaurant en strandtent bij de B&B. Apartement was schoon en werdt ook gedurende ons verblijf schoon gehouden.

Niet dat het tegenviel, maar het zeker handig als je een auto bij je hebt. Rondom de B&B is naast restaurant en strand niet veel.

breakfast could use an upgrade

Great location, beautiful garden, some rooms are new and very well furnished, the staff has been very helpful and friendly.

Some rooms are not renovated and could use a change of shower, tiles and flooring. There have been occasional water failures and electricity problems during our stay.

location & breakfast. good air condition, nice garden, gate to the beach, Foc parking, singing birds every morning :)

any kitchen annex - even option to make a tea or coffee, boil water. the breakfast room was closed after 10 am.

Rooms looked recently renovated, good big spacious bathroom with shower and seperate bath. We really liked the matrasses on it, and the owner is a nice women.

Breakfast was only a hour a day. Not very much choice, and no refilling. So tou better be at the start of breakfast time (only at 08:30) there. The beach around the property was a stone beach, not very pleasant which made us go to Cefalu for that. Lots of messages, too much, the day of arrival to tell when we would arrive. The restaurant that is on the plot, nobody speaks any more English then please and thank you. Quality is decent at best.

You feel welcome until you reach the departure day. If you expect to use the umbrellas/sun beds free of charge, as announced in some other commebts, you better stay multiple nights. for one night, no extra benefits. You better choose another beach and leave quickly.

Cleaning was really good and discreet, staff and food lovely (Rosi is such a beautiful soul and made our stay so much more comfortable thank you). Garden and restaurant are pretty especially during the night. Close to the beach.

Booking included shuttle service from and to Lascari station. When asked about it the owner first said the car broke then when we were almost there he said that he'll send someone to pick us up.(!?!) We walked 35 min on 40°C with our backpacks to get there. Photos of the property don't reflect 100% real state and restaurant charges you €1.5 for the service (😕 appearently it's a common thing in Italy but we still found it a bit shocking) I felt like the room we got wasn't the one shown in photos when I did the reservation

Less value for money, expensive compared to similar hotels, quite simple breakfast
