The location is excellent. Literally steps from the metro, and all of the facilities you could need are close by.

It was extremely noisy outside, and we could hear everything. We did not get very restful sleep.

The staff were really friendly and we received a very warm welcoming. The location of the hotel was amazing, right in the heart of Madrid. Amazing food places and attractions minutes away.

It's quite noisy. The sound isolation of the room is quite bad. We had to use ear plugs to be able to sleep.

Air condition not work.

Very clean and friendly stuff. I just want to let futur visitors know that it can be noisy depending on the day or side of the room. Because the hotel is in the city center.

The location is in the heart of Madrid the best possible location just a walk to all the main sights the staff were the best to talk to and had very good local knowledge this is the place to stay in Madrid

the hotel in general, was good staff is very friendly and supportive, but the location cannot be reached by taxi or any car, as it is in the middle of a street which is dedicated for walking only, so when we arrived the taxi dropped us about 150 meters away, and when we checked out, we had to walk till C.Mayor street to get a taxi, and we had alot of luggage with us, so this was vry tough to handle, the rest is good

location and number of beds for children. facilities were much better than expected we were worried about parking but found an underground lot right around the corner that Maps took us to even with construction going on

I have mixed feeling with this hotel. The location is very central, it was really clean and the room very spacious. 24/7 front desk to check out whenever you need is very conveniant and the employee spoke all at least a bit of english which was really nice.

But what I didn't like was I arrived with a feiend who was staying somewhere else and she was not aloud to come to the room with me to leave her luggage there, the employees were not always friendly. I was given a room and when I told them I would need to check out at 6am they changed my room, without telling me why. Once I came into my room it was smelling smoke a lot, the view I had was to wall, there was very little toiletries (individual pouch which was not enough to wash my hair) and the worst part of it all was the air con (quite old looking), Madrid was 35°c or so when I was there and I put the air con to the minimum and it was still roasting in there.
