The only thing that really made my stay very nice, are the receptionist, his name is Ace. I think he is the only one reallt working there, but excellent job for someone who runs a whole block of apartments by himself.

Where do I even start? Probably more angry at myself for nit reading the review of this place. the photos are totally misleading. These picture are probably taken many years ago, and it does not look like the pictures on Booking.com. Please, people when I say this, I mean it. Here’s the funniest part, it’s not even a hotel anymore, it changed into an Apartment bulding. So, obviously no restaurant, no breakfast. There was a pool, but who wants to swim when there’s people living around you, hanging their personal laundry there. I’d say I felt like crying when I saw the place, because there were other resorts cheaper than this place who were in much better condition than this. I did contact Booking.com about this and they’re working on either taking it off or atleast update the photos.

Very quiet location and comfy bed.

I booked and paid in advance for a super deluxe room with a garden view, but they gave me a deluxe room with a garden view which was smaller. The room hadn't been cleaned properly. There was a kettle and water, but nothing else like tea/coffee, so what it the point of having a kettle? The security door chain plate was the wrong way round, so it was no use. The floor in the shower for the pool and the surrounding area was mouldy. Roof terraces hasn't been touched for ages, as there was grass/weeds growing on all of them. The whole place is run down. I did try sort the room problem out, but through a message from the owner, he classes any room with a garden view is classed as a super deluxe room. This not stated on Booking.com, and clearly shows 2 different rooms at different prices. Will be taking this further.

I like the room was big enough and clean.

It's way far from the main city. And the pool wasn't ready.

i loved the location the scenery, the silence and magnificence of the scale of the nature.

1) the staff except one person had completely no communication skill in english, and their body language as well was very non co-operative, . 2) the suana facility was charged one, which was very strange, one entire day our rooms were not cleaned as we were in the room. 3) no facility for breakfast and there no provision of fruits as well. 4) no tea or complementary coffee in the room. 5) after 5 pm there is nobody at the reception 6) we never had any proper checkout even. 7) the owner or upper manager didn't even once came to visit the property. 8) there was no wifi in the hotel due to some line disturbance and we were not given any alternate facility as we had to some urgent work. 9) the lobby toilets were very dirty and been made the dirty room of the hotel. 10) the property really needs to improvise in order to sustain in thailand.
