Not great, but OK for a night

Location

There was a problem on the booking. I had paid through booking.com, but the hotel required me to pay again. The hotel did not resolve the issue. I had to go through booking.com for the refund. (I had already stayed three nights. The issue was related to an extension of one more night. Especially because I was a continuing guest, they should have resolved the matter.) The window as frosted glass, with another building within a few feet. The kitchen had no pots, pans, plates, glasses, or utensils. When I complained, they gave me a dirty cup.

It is fairly spacious and clean

The kitchen equipment was inadequate, old and in poor condition. Electrical lead for the kettle, when plugged in, draped over the hotplate. Only two plug points in the bedroom and none at all by the desk. Only provided one towel despite request for another. Poor design meant that although it was spacious, it wasn't effective. Could be so much better
