the location was perfect

it was dated . the beds were uncomfortable , the double bed was old the dori gs were coming through .

Air con machinery on the balcony, made it uncomfortabley hot.

Everything was fine, nothing to report.

The location is very good. The view from the apartment is beautiful. A good beach is a few steps away from the apartment. The kitchen equipment is fair. Many restaurants are just around the corner. Key collection was easy and without any problems. The apartment is large enough to comfortably accommodate 3-4 persons. The apartment was clean. The Wi-Fi is OK.

- There were no wine glasses. - The aircon in the living room does not cool air - it just moves warm air around. Not a big problem because aircons in the bedrooms work fine. Nevertheless it needs fixing. - The shower cabin leaks if you are not very careful about water level, otherwise you end up with water all around the bathroom. There is a mop strategically placed in the bathroom, it helps. I think it must be fixed. - The beautiful balcony becomes almost useless in several days, because there is an empty apartment next to this one and pigeons are living on its balcony. They even lay their eggs and raise their chicks there. The smell is not very pleasant, in addition, they come to this apartment's balcony and everything around is covered with their droppings. I am not sure what can be done about it. - The beds are quite small. But that's subjective. So I think that the price is not fare considering the flaws. The view is certainly very good, but the view alone cannot cost that much if you compare with other apartments in the area.

The View, and being able to leave luggage in room till 5pm on day of departure.

No Host to greet us, despite giving whom ever the time of our arrival keys had been left behind a pipe. A huge area (around 4ft by 4ft) of paint hanging of the ceiling and the bathroom ceiling may have been a flood upstairs. Curtain Rail in bedroom hanging off you would not attempt to open curtain as it may have fallen down. Bathroom draw hanging off and is propped up by a mop bucket. Two switches on kitchen sockets broken off other kitchen sockets with gaps between them. Bed room cupboard had spare bathroom tiles in it, 3 or 4 decorators dust sheets still in a bag and a bag of D.I.Y products. The last straw was when I opened the TV cabinet inside was 4 x 2.5 Lt paint pots, Masking tape, 5 Lt white spirit, sand paper and a bag of junk. It was then that I started taking photographs. Had I not had my 80yr old Mum and Husband I would have taken myself to a hostel as I had blown 714 euros on this self catering apt, for the price paid you would not expect the condition of apt.

Amazing apartment at the beach, with full panorama to the sea! Location is excellent, everything is nearby.

The entrance to the building was in a back alley next to smelly trash bins. Parking was only available at a walking distance.
