The only problem I did not know about the stirs to go to the bedroom.

The place is so amazing....very accessible to small grocery shop just infront of building if ur lazy to cook a jamaican restaurant just infront of building.If u want to go town,just cross the road take a cab!I am so please and very happy with chrissans

The private beach is great, so was the unit. Perfect for a romantic getaway. I will definitely be rebooking when we return.

The host is rude and disgusting I would not encourage anyone to stay here. Of all my bookings this is the most disturbing and distasteful. The host has no tact and should not be on this site.

I didn't like host she is disrespectful and has no manners. This old lady literally tried to trace me off after making no effort to give me details about how payment is handled. We are in a pandemic and she should be getting no ones hard earned money.

the property in general is very clean

The property is lovely, the beach is wonderful and the kids always have a good time at this hotel.

I realize that many vacation rental owners , such as Marian Stewart Titus, owner of ChrisAnn’s Beach Resort, Apt. 10 are simply in it to make some quick money and could careless about the service they are providing. She knew we would be staying with her for 3 Days and 2 nights, and she made no preparations at all to provide any fresh towels or changing of the garbage for an entire 3 days and 2 nights stay. We saw Simone (the housekeeper who works for many owners here and who provides excellent service) on Sunday and naturally discussed her coming to clean the apartment on Day 2, because we checked in on Saturday afternoon and no one was sent by the owner to clean our apartment or change the garbage and provide fresh towels on Sunday so naturally we assumed that someone would be there by Monday at the latest to at least change our garbage and provide fresh towels, and to clean the apartment because we’ve now been here since Saturday afternoon. Nope, nada! Can you imagine? The owner did not provide or even think of providing that basic quality service. Then when I inquired as to why she hadn’t sent someone to provide that service and told her we are there with two toddlers, this lady actually had the nerve to tell me that I am violating her “policy of no children” and that if we damage anything she will bill my credit card and that her place doesn’t accommodate 4 people (Please note, it clearly states children welcome on her booking page and she has a basket full of beach toys for children as seen in my pictures shown, and her apartment has a double pullout sofa downstairs and a king size bed upstairs). Can you believe that’s what her actual response was, can you believe that? Well, I took a video of her place intact when we were leaving and sent it to her. She emailed me the following day with a list of “so-called damages” that she intends to bill me. We live close to Ocho Rios, so I asked to be shown these damages personally. I am still waiting.
